"Avoid at all costs. This property charged me $1,000 without any warning, accusing me of shattering a bathroom glass that they later found broken. I was given no evidence, no proof, and no opportunity to properly dispute the claim. I was absolutely not responsible for the damage, yet I was treated as if I was guilty by default. I am astonished by how unprofessional and unfair the management handled this situation. A reputable hotel should investigate properly and communicate transparently with its guests before imposing such a significant charge. I will never stay at this property again and will make sure to share my experience with friends, family, and fellow travelers so they can make an informed decision before booking. Extremely disappointing experience and a complete lack of customer service. Please avoid it for your own sanity."

"This resort is in a great location. It is close to everything. The rooms has been renovated, but there were a few issues. The toilet didn't flush well and it was very noisy from upstairs. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was unique and close to our room."

"Beautiful, well-maintained property in a centralized location. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. Also the pool umbrellas were in back order so there was little shade/coverage on the pool deck. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
