Come experience the joys of Tidewater! This beautifully renovated home offers direct access to the Gulf, nestled between a serene salt marsh and a charming canal. Whether you seek the tranquility of nature or the thrill of jet skiing, this amazing spot has it all. Feel the warm sand between your toes and create unforgettable memories with loved ones.

This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

For your convenience, there is a 10' x 22' floating dock available. You can launch your boat at the Hernando County public boat ramp and then motor over to the house—it's a short trip. When docking, be aware of potential rocks in the canal and make sure to check the tides. It is easiest to navigate larger boats during mid- to high tides.

The driveway can comfortably accommodate a boat trailer up to 25 feet long, as it is approximately 30 feet long. Trailers longer than 25 feet may need to be stored off the property; please check local marinas for storage options.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock and playing in the sand in the backyard. We kayak with manatees and dolphins. The host was great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed and answering all my questions. Such a beautiful home. We will hopefully being staying there again soon!

Loved watching dolphins, ducks and “snake birds (anhingas) in the canal from the many patio opportunities of the house. Excellent attention to host details..welcome book, soaps and welcome snacks reinforced the extravagant feeling of home.

What a lovely home! Beautifully decorated, full of light, wonderful water views, and well stocked with everything needed to feel truly like a home away from home! I really appreciated the coffee bar stocked with coffee pods, creamer and vanilla syrup! Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed with helpful items (makeup wash clothes, q-tips, room deodorizing spray, bandaids, etc) provided. Lisa was amazing to communicate with and very responsive. We felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay!

We had a wonderful stay, despite the gale force winds and chilly temperatures that were there when we arrived. There was a welcome basket with snacks, which we appreciated. We especially enjoyed the K pods with hot cocoa. The view of the canal was spectacular and the decor was beautiful. We took advantage of the Kayaks and used them to paddle down the canal. So much fun!

The outdoor space was nice but the weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would have liked. This is a place we would definitely stay at again!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Tidewater. Lisa was so easy to communicate with. They have such a gem and they really take pride in their home. It was really clean and equipped with little things that you didn’t even think about. We stayed here for my husband birthday because he wanted a place to relax and fish and this long weekend hit every need. And we truly felt like we were home. We want to plan another trip to their home and stay longer.
