1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Place is adorable. Clean. Decorated smart!! Awesome 3rd floor stay!The only issue was the outside noise which ya’ll can’t control understandably. People were throwing glass bottles into dumpsters across from the house at 1am. Not one or two , many. Again we know you can not control the environment. Just a very loud pathway outside. We were driving since 4:30am and your place was an in-between our destination. Quick in and out. So sleep was important.

Great location. Didn’t need the car at all! Lovely accommodations for our little family of three. Comfy bed and bedding. Super clean. Only complaint is that if you are a light sleeper (like me) it is very loud in the alley and you can hear everything. Although I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the sound machine!

Such an adorable property right in the downtown area making it convenient for just about everything. It was the perfect size for two adults. There was a balcony with a table for two which invited us for breakfast every morning watching passers by.

Excellent! All amenities were in place in the kitchen. Bedroom on third floor was amazing, with soft layered of clean ,crisp white bedding, did I mention the pillows? Like creamy clouds of soft bosoms. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine thanks in no small part to having a wonderful place to stay! The location is perfect, just steps away from the heart of the historic district yet tucked away in a quiet area. Our accommodation was nice and cozy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
