This silver-rated two bedroom / 2 bath condo sleeps 4 guests. It offers southern exposure for plenty of Florida sunshine and an enclosed balcony with view of the tropical lagoon making it a perfect place to enjoy your St. Augustine beach vacation rental.
The kitchen has been recently updated with new cabinets. The living room & dining room are comfortably furnished with wood laminate flooring throughout the main floor. There is a new flat screen TV in the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen bed + flat screen TV. The en suite master bath has a walk-in shower. The upstairs open loft bedroom has a queen bed and small TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Don't forget to enjoy Ocean Gallery to its fullest while you are vacationing! Ocean Gallery has fun for the entire family, get together for a friendly game of Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Tennis, Basketball, or Pickleball. Remember to ask the rental office about bike rentals as well as beach chairs & umbrellas!

Great family vacation.

The property is in a great location. Our teen enjoyed the loft bedroom and having her own space. The amenities were wonderful. The main bedroom was spacious enough for a pack-n-play for our toddler. The only downside was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable with an older spring matress.

Beautiful complex, spacious condo

The condo is so spacious, very nice, and well-maintained. Great indoor/outdoor screened balcony with view of lagoon and pool. Nice big lower bedroom with large two-room bathroom. Additional loft bedroom with its own bathroom. Beautiful, well-maintained, and peacefully quiet complex with lush landscaping and every amenity you could want. Easy walk through complex to beach. Easy drive to restaurants, St. Augustine Beach, and St. Augustine. So much to do in area. Nice, wide, clean beach. This was definitely a great choice for beach-going and sight-seeing.

Everything good, great location. Could have been cleaner in the condo and had an issue with attendant on the beac, he said, no more umbrellas and chairs, he was injured it was going to rain later etc. Unacceptable!!!! Did it to all your other guests after us too.
