We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation! All three generations had a blast! The house is beautifully decorated, and the accommodations are perfect, making it feel just like home. The home is very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, living room necessities and everything you need for kids and for the beach. I highly recommend this space, and the host Brendon is very communicative. The pool and hot tub are amazing spaces both for relaxation or exciting fun with kids! The beach is just a hop, skip, and jump away, and the rental is stocked with chairs and gear for the whole family. The neighborhood is very calm and homey, and just opposite the beach is a beautiful, serene river with a view of the sunset.

Perfect for family!

This house is perfect for extended family. My husband and I along with our adult children, their partners, and one year old grandchild enjoyed this property so much. The pool is perfect for all ages, so much space downstairs and upstairs to gather. Every amenity you could need is supplied. Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return.

Awesome home for a large family gathering

The open space of the living room and kitchen combined allowed us all to gather together for meals and games. The pool was greatly needed and appreciated given the excessive heat of the weekend. The only negative was that the washing machine was not working properly so we could not wash our towels.

Perfect for everyone

We went to a wedding in Vilano Beach and were originally planning to stay at the new Hyatt. Daughter found this beautiful house and it was so perfect for everyone to have their own space. Not sure how almost three year old will go back to crib after sleeping in big boy bed on bottom bunk. He loved it and door locked on outside so parents got rest as well. Close to beach access and pool was also nice. Owner was very communicative and keyless entry was super helpful. Beds were comfortable. Recommend.

Beautiful getaway right near the beach

My family stayed for the weekend for a concert in St. Augustine. From the beginning communication with Brendon was easy with quick responses. Check in was easy. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our stay. There were pool toys/floats, a beach wagon cart, umbrella and boogie boards available. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. It was a short walk to the beach, but the pool makes you never want to leave the house!

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We enjoyed this home so much, with its perfect spaces for gathering, eating, playing games, reading books, and just resting. It truly has all the things you need to relax and enjoy a family of 9, and is a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach.
