The open living area flows easily from morning coffee to evening wind-downs - comfortable seating, natural light, and an HDTV for quiet nights in. Dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi keep you connected, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans handle the Florida climate year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Pull up to the dining table for a shared meal, or fire up the grill and take it outside to the patio or balcony.
Outdoor living & beach access
Cross A1A and you are on the sand. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Note: the community pool is shared with the North house.
Parking & access
Self check-in via lockbox and a private entrance make arrival easy. Three parking spaces are available on-site, with garage space that accommodates a boat or jet ski. An elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway - connects all three levels. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place.
Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, this home is a natural fit for families and small groups ready to settle into a relaxed coastal rhythm, just minutes from downtown St. Augustine.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
