This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus just keeps getting nicer. A rental favorite, there are a comfortable chairs on the balcony, so sit back, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. The living room has queen sized sleeper sofa and a large flat Screen TV. A fresh modern vibe is felt throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4 burner stove with oven and some great under cabinet lighting. There is a nice sized table for family meals. The bathroom was remodeled with a walk in shower and tiled walls. The private bedroom is a tropical oasis with a King Sized mattress, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan to keep you cozy as you drift to sleep. This just might be the perfect tropical retreat for you and yours. Top floor, this building is serviced by 2 elevators.

Great location on the beach

Great location right on the beach. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was nearby to all attractions.. We could see turtles nesting from the balcony, dolphins in the water.. The heated pool was also great. Coin laundry machines were present which we used twice. Lots of parking available.. luggage and grocery carts were available. All in all a nice, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great getaway!

We loved everything about this place, and the view was incredible! It was a quick overnight stay, but upon entering the condo we immediately wished we booked a few days longer. We’ll be back!

My mother and I stayed here for 5 days and everything was perfect! We will be back for sure!

The property is just as pictured. Clean. Great ocean view. Easy access to the ocean and pool. No elevator wait. My mother and I had a great 1st time Experience to St. Augustine. You can enjoy the beach immediately and a short drive to the historic district with so much to do. Next time we will stay longer! Beach was low key and not slammed like other places. The front desk ladies were wonderful. Gave us tips on things to do and places to eat. Very affordable property. The owner was easy to reach out to. Over all we felt at home and safe here. We most definitely will return.

Relaxing and Wonderful

I took my mom on a surprise trip to celebrate her 80th birthday and we were not disappointed and so glad I booked this condo. The condo Itself was very nicely renovated and decorated. It is perfect for a short stay or longer as it has everything you need and the direct oceanfront view and location can’t be beat. Crescent Beach is a gorgeous beach and still convenient to drive into historic Saint Augustine and take in all the wonderful attractions, shopping, restaurants and places to grab a cocktail. I will definitely try and book here again next time I travel to the area.

Beautiful view/beautiful property

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The property was very clean, and the view was amazing. Our children enjoyed the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet that the property afforded. We hope to stay here again someday.

Would highly recommend

We’ve stayed in St. Augustine several times and this has definitely been the nicest place that we’ve rented. It was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. We brought our Amazon firestick for our three year old but were pleasantly surprised to see that they had Rokus in the living room and bedroom. The only complaint that my husband had was the mattress was too soft. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
