This classy and tasteful balcony suite on the 2nd floor has the perfect ocean view. Enjoy your meals on the balcony with a table for two. You won't find a better breakfast spot in town! This condo has beachwood colored tile floors throughout. The queen sleeper sofa has a perfect view of the ocean or the 55" Flat Screen TV with the Popular channel line up (same as prior to October 2023 property wide change). The kitchen is fully equipped including 4 burner stove with oven. The bathroom boasts a light up mirror and a texture wall tile that carryon the cool coastal vibe. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room allow for a breeze, especially during the warm summer months. The bathroom has been updated with a newer tub and larger vanity. The bedroom boasts a king sized bed and 42" flat screen TV. SMALL PETS UNDER 35 LBS ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Amazing view

The condo as well equipped, but very small. They do allow pets, but still does not seem very dog friendly, as there is only one small area on the very end of the complex to walk your dog. Super inconvenient having to walk your dog 2 blocks each way. Wonderful view and beautiful Easter sunrise service right out in front of the condo. Easy to get to the beach. Pool was very nice. Condo was clean, but the common areas like corridors and elevator floors were filthy. I don’t think they ever cleaned them. Nice location. The biggest problem was that two days before we left I started getting some kind of horrible insect or spider bites while sleeping. Ended up with about 12 extremely itchy red bites.

Hard To Beat This Location

Beautiful view, right on the beach, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Some cosmetic improvements need to be done. Bathroom drawers broken and unusable. Kitchen cupboard pretty beat up. But very clean and I would recommend it.

Gorgeous view of the ocean, excellent location

We are so pleased with the location and the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the ocean waves. It has such easy access to the beach! The property was clean and well decorated - the bed was comfy - everything was fantastic. We will definitely stay at the Beachers Lodge - and hopefully #211 - again - hopefully soon! You won't regret this choice of a location for your vacation!

Nice for a short getaway

Cons- A little far to downtown St Augustine (20 to 25 min drive). Needs some touchups, base boards were all scuffed up, could have been cleaned better. Our feet were black after walking around the first day. But the bedding and bathroom were clean so it didn't bother me THAT much... Pros- Affordable, direct ocean front. Not a mile walk over the dunes to get to the beach. We got to take our dogs, they LOVED the beach. Felt very safe in the area and beach wasn't crowded at all. There are no other condos around it, all residential. Bed was very comfortable and overall matched the listing to a tee... Would stay again...

Not as advertised

Property had not been cleaned despite the cleaning fees I paid. Bedding had long female hairs on pillow cases and dog hairs throughout linens. I asked for new sheets and was given twin size for king bed. I had to clean the entire place upon arrival. Was dirty. Did not appear to have been cleaned. Toilet has been leaking for so long there is rust behind it. One of the patio chairs is broken to the point of rocking as u sit in it. Can smell other units tenants smoking when u sit on the patio. Beautiful beach and beautiful potential if renovated and new furniture etc.
