Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Plus Suite with onsite front desk and staff

This charming 1st floor Patio Suite Plus has a beautiful horizon view of the ocean. The navy and nautical couch is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the ocean and the large 37" flat screen TV. Laminate flooring brings a beach wood vibe throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, although the kitchen table set has seen better days. The bathroom was updated with a brand new tub, grab bar and curved shower rod. The private bedroom has a 25" standard TV and comfortable king size bed, the perfect place to relax in this seaside retreat. We do not recommend our bronze rated condos for a 1st time visit to Beacher's Lodge as they have suggested improvements needed. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at Beacher's Lodge. Just steps from the beach AND dog friendly: AMAZING! This condo could benefit from an update or two. The furniture was chipped, the dresser veneer peeling, and the bed is drooping in the middle. Despite the cosmetic issues, the condo was clean and has a great view of the dune and ocean (look for the big turtle who hangs out nearby!).

to put it in simple terms ,after the first 5 days ,we rebooked for 2025 ! same room , same three months . the people the place the location can not be topped ! beachfront , with a cool strip mall across the road , with an ice cream shop !

Great Beachfront Property

Easy quick checkin, amazing staff, room was cleaned and restocked every day. Pet friendly restaurant right next door walk over. Beach is clean and beautiful, not crowded. Room needed to be updated, but still accommodating for a beach property. We will be returning!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was decent, clean and well equipped. The best part was definitely the location with being able to walk right to the beach, and the heated pool was an added bonus.

Pet Friendly/Comfy Bed

I've stayed in this unit once before, and we chose it again because the bed was really comfortable and it's pet friendly. The beach is great, and the pool is nice (though it closes fairly early). The unit could've been cleaner. I don't think it had been mopped in a long time. It wasn't even swept that well when we checked in because it was already sandy. Still, I really like Beachers Lodge.

The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Check-in was friendly and efficient. You can see the ocean from the patio, though across the dunes. A foot bridge allows quick access to the beach. There is a ramp and elevator for handicap accessibility. However, the parking lot is on a pretty unforgiving hill, which would make it more challenging for guests in wheelchairs or with walking devices. As of Dec 2021, there was construction going on at some units in the complex, so workmen were walking past our patio. All were quiet and professional and construction noises didn't start until a reasonable time for guests. All in all, what you see is what you get and for a very fair price.

Super Clean!

Property manager answered all my questions via email prior to arriving. Once there, check in was fast and east. Staff at the office are super nice and welcoming. The property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Pleased overall

Happy with the unit, location within the complex, access to a beautiful wide beach, and nearness to St Augustine. The LR furniture was a bit worn and the bathroom sink drain mechanism failed, but the staff quickly provided a rubber stopper and hopefully it’s now fully repaired. Also very dog friendly.
