We visited with family, St. Augustine downtown, Took walks on the beach, and drove to State Parks. Nice to come home to comfortable and spacious VRBO.

This place fit our family of four’s needs great. Plenty of space and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the 2nd level porch was very relaxing in the afternoon. The beach was so close and right by a lifeguard stand, which we appreciated. There was one maintenance item that we brought to Glenn’s attention and he was very receptive about getting it handled. We’d be happy to stay again!

Fantastic visit

We had a wonderful visit. The property is comfortable and clean and the location is excellent beautiful neighborhood clean right near the beach. We walked our dogs on the beach every day just around the corner.

Great Location!

Wonderful location only steps to the super dog friendly beaches, perfect for long walks. Plenty of space to share with another couple. Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds! Close to great restaurants and State Parks as well as “Old St. Augustine”!

We loved the property and its location. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the neighborhood was quite and great to walk the dogs in. House was perfect size and had every thing we needed for our extended stay.

Amazing as always!!

We are repeat vacationers at Glenn’s place and will be back again soon! The house is amazing-always has everything we need, PLENTY of space, we sleep great, easy easy walk down to the beach. And dealing with Glenn is always great. He communicates well and goes above and beyond to be accommodating and make your stay stress free from booking all the way to check out. Loved Our Stay

Our family had such a wonderful time in St Augustine and this property suited our needs in every way. It was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed to make that happen easily. I highly recommend this property for friends and family groups

Butler Beach Stay

This house was the perfect place for our stay. We had 6 people and felt like we had plenty of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach and it was close to everything we needed to get to. Glenn was great about communicating as well.

Great location!

Love the location and the pet-friendly condo! Walked the beach multiple times each day! Also enjoyed St Augustine lighthouse and Nights of Lights in Old St Augustine. We’ll be back!
