This is my favorite place to go! You have it all here. Walk into this light and bright home with beautiful paintings, comfortable beds and swivel rocker recliner and comfortable sofa and swivel chair in living room for you to relax. The hot tub and heated pool has awesome water views. You will feel the good energy surround you while you are here at this home!
Bring your boat or use the kayaks and cruise down the intracoastal waterway to the oldest city in the Country.
You may just want to relax and watch your favorite TV show on the 50" Smart TV.
Master has a 47" Roku Smart TV. The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet with extra blankets and linens, porta crib, iron and ironing board, child’s bean bag chair stored in closet. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with beachy surfer decor and has a queen bed and a twin. This bedroom has a Roku TV. Split plan for your privacy. 2nd bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. Quality beach towels and bath towels provided in the linen closet.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. All remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops installed. Kitchenaid stainless refrigerator and kitchenaid stainless dishwasher and beautiful stainless double oven.
Ninja blender, Mixer, Lg. Electric Skillet, Coffee Maker (grinds or pods), 4 sliceToaster, Stainless pots and Pans, Bakeware and all kitchenware you will need. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need or I will buy it for you.
You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub.
Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. There are two single kayaks ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is 10 minute walk. Beach wagon in garage, if you choose to walk to the beach. This area has special designated beach access walkway or choose the Crescent Beach Park where there is a drive on beach access (4x4 advised), restaurant (dog friendly),pavillions and showers. Also, a large parking area if you choose not to drive on the beach. I have included a map and a booklet with favorite places and restaurants for you.
Heated inground pool looks beautiful! I designed the first step to be very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge and has beautiful pavers. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub.
Weber Grill and outdoor PVC patio table, chairs, and lounge chairs to make your outdoor BBQ's absolutely perfect!
A large 52 foot covered patio to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. Outdoor ceiling fan/light installed on patio for your comfort for hot summer days and evenings while enjoying the outdoors. You have the best of both worlds. The intracoastal waterway to go boating or kayaking and the beach access to enjoy the ocean waves, sunbathing, swimming, and the view. The Historic District is only about 15 minutes north of here by car. Restaurants and shopping close by. My favorite beach is about 1/2 mile south of my home with plenty of parking, pavilions, and rest rooms. If you decide to go boating or kayaking I ride south to the Matanzas Inlet. It is a great place to park your boat/kayak and enjoy floating in the calm waters on a raft and sunbath. You may like to fish from the shoreline. Also, this is a perfect beach to bring your dog. Excellent Vacation Home

The home was immaculate and filled with everything you may need on vacation. In the evenings, we sat on the back patio and played games after grilling and eating dinner on the covered patio. My husband and grand kids enjoyed fishing off the dock connected to the house. The owner was readily available if needed. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. I would highly recommend this house! Bikes and a wagon were provided for a short ride or walk to the beach.

Wonderful home for relaxing

Really enjoyed staying here. After a day at the beach or visiting St Augustine being able to come back to our home away from home and relax in the hot tub and pool was a perfect end to the day. Very clean and dog friendly was a big plus for us.

So much fun

This was away from the hustle and bustle and yet still close enough to the action. We could be in historic district within 20 min, walk to crescent or butler beaches bike or run in the neighborhood get food along St Augustine Beach go to the Lighthouse. We did so much in a week but the house itself was the vacation. The kids loved the pool my husband lived in the hot tub and we loved watching movies at night after doing an activity during the day. We loved the castillo, the historic areas (did a ghost tour), carriage ride, the reserve, running on crescent beach to name a few of the things.

Very nice, clean and comfortable

The outside area with new pool, large covered sitting area plus a nice hot tub makes this home a perfect vacation stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The entrance to Crecent Beach that is accessible for on beach driving is less than a mile away and we loved being able to drive up, with our stuff was wonderful. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful property

We loved at stay at this house. It was very clean and well furnished and the host was very responsive. Our favorite part was the wonderful outdoor area with the pool and covered patio, but it was a bit cold to use as much as we would have liked.

Great place just DO NO PARK ON THE GRASS

Do not park on the grass!! We loved this place when we stayed a couple years ago but we will not be back. The house and neighborhood is great and just as described. Hopefully for the next guests, they will be made aware that parking on the grass is not allowed before they get yelled in the yard. We’ve never been treated so unprofessionally by a VRBO host.

Whole trip was amazing, host was kind enough to give us restaurants ideas, places to swim and take our pet, best ice cream. I can’t think of one aspect of the trip where Donna didn’t hesitate to answer my texts, regardless time of day. She was the most gracious host. Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

We spent the first week of June here - it was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for us (me, my husband, 8 year old girl, 10 year old boy, and my mom). Crescent Beach was perfect - clean, beautiful and not overly crowded. We also spent a few days in historic St. Augustine - about a 20 minute easy drive. We spent time in the pool every day. My son fished daily from the dock - he did catch a stingray, but not much else. The tide does get very low in the slough. But, we took the kayaks out to the mouth of the slough at the Matanzas River - the boys caught croaker, snapper, and another sting ray! My 8 year old didn’t want to leave - the 10 year old is already planning a trip back. We would certainly stay here again!

St.Augustine getaway

House was located a short drive from historic St. Augustine. This house is well taken care of and very welcoming. We enjoyed the food at several nearby restaurants as well as cooking some meals in the well equipped kitchen. The fenced in yard provided the perfect place for our chihuahuas to enjoy sunning themselves while we enjoyed the canal view from the pool.

This property couldn't have been more perfect with its beach themed decor inside and out. Plus, it was neat and clean. The seating was very comfortable both inside and out. We loved the pool and hot tub. A very quiet setting. Totally fenced in for our little dog. We drove to Crescent Beach (less than a 5-minute drive) because it is pet friendly and not crowded. We would recommend this rental to any couple or small family. The property manager was helpful, and we enjoyed the corn hole game she provided for the back yard. Overall, we would give this rental experience an A+++.

My family and I spent Christmas at this property and it was perfect spot. Kitchen is fully stocked, nice open floor plan, extra twin beds in each room which was nice for us, and the hot tub and pool were amazing. Pretty sunrises from the dock too! Will come back again.
