Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and Sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

The cottage and its grounds were exactly as pictured. An immaculate, compact, but very thought out floor plan that had everything you could possibly need all set amidst a well-manicured lawn and colorful shrubbery. Great location for Old Town too, but without the noise/congestion of Old Town. Including its 40day daily parking fees. Free laundry was a much-needed and appreciated amenity. Our entire stay was a breeze!Kirsten couldn't have been more responsive to all of our pre-arrival inquiries, or compassionate, as on the day of our arrival my husband asked if early check-in was available due to my becoming ill during our travels. Being such a busy time of year it was not an easy request to grant, but she made it possible. It was SO appreciated!

Wonderful stay. Apartment was exactly as pictured, clean and had many essentials provided. Perfect for two. Host was quick to respond. Close to everything, easy walk to a couple of locals places for breakfast. The historic district is just a few blocks walk, for healthy people. Close to Old Town Trolley stops, if you find walking more challenging. Already planning to come back again, with our daughter and will definitely stay in one of the larger units.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was just the right size for us - not too big, not too small. The location? Amazing! You can walk to pretty much everything you need.The best part? The property was a perfectly situated location just a few blocks from the St. George Street historic area and is well-maintained and landscaped. The one-bedroom unit itself that we stayed in, while small, was clean and furnished tastefully. It was a perfect size for two people over a couple days stay. The only one problematic aspect was the mattress, which was very soft and spongey and made sleeping comfortably a challenge. There are of course many tastes in mattresses (soft to firm) and we happen to need a much firmer mattress, so it was a challenge on our backs. But other than that one thing, it was a lovely place in a lovely location!

Great place to stay!

This is a cute little apartment with a bathroom in the bedroom, open living room/dining room and small kitchen with everything needed for a short stay. Everything was clean and there were some toiletries and cleaning supplies left for us. I would definitely stay here again!!
