The room was nice. The jets in the tub did not work but overall a nice room. However, we were highly disappointed in the breakfast which was half the reason for booking a Bed and breakfast. No alternative choices, small servings sizes and was warm at best. Very underwhelming and did place a damper on our experience. For over $800 for the weekend, it was a let down leaving us to seek breakfast food from other places. However, The location was great, close walking distance to so many places.

The property was amazing. Just what you look for in a bed and breakfast. We were in the amethyst room and the only issue I had was some road noise. Parking was nice and safe and very walkable to everything. Breakfast was chef’s choice but was very good .

Staff was very helpful and kind. We stayed in the gold room which was a separate cottage. It was clean and adorable! Free breakfast, water, wine and sodas were available. A cute little bottle of port with glasses in the room. It’s Right in the center of historic district. We walked to everything. Short drive to the beach. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

A sweet little inn! We had a wonderful stay but they don’t offer housekeeping services during the stay. The breakfast was delicious and the complimentary drinks and cookies were an added bonus.

Small tight room in a nice B&B-ours was right off the open breakfast area. Parking and breakfast were included which was nice as it was expensive. Staff was nice. Complementary soda, water, coffee, tea and ….wine, which was nice. Location was excellent. We’d stay here again.

My wife and I loved staying at Carriage way inn! It’s such a lovely property and the staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. It’s a 3 minute walk to the downtown historic area and maybe a 5 minute walk to the fort.

The property is obviously rather old and historic but that is what makes it fun. All the amenities worked and the staff was over-the-top friendly. The breakfasts were made fresh and were very tasty. The property is right in the heart of downtown St. Augustine and you can walk everywhere. No need to drive since parking is at a premium in St. Augustine. The only issue we had was not with the business but with the noise. The Inn is at the corner of Cuna and Cordova, a very busy intersection. It was about impossible to sleep prior to midnight due to the numerous motorcycles and loud exhaust cars revving their engines as they passed by every 10 minutes or so. Plus all the foot traffic and inebriated people yelling and talking loud. Now in all fairness we were staying in the economy Ruby Room on the first floor so that probably had something to do with it. We would definitely stay here again, we would just make sure we chose a room on the second floor as far from the street as possible.
