Location, location, location! The house is very charming and the accommodations were perfect. But the proximity to everywhere including the beaches and downtown was as good as it gets. Would definitely book again if we’re staying in the Saint Augustine area.

The house was very clean, and was the perfect size for our family. The out door area was enjoyed that evening as well as having morning coffee this morning. The location was perfect being so close to the downtown area of St. Augustine. Coming back to a very comfortable place was amazing. Thank you.

Amazing House with an Amazing Host!

Everything about our stay was amazing from start to finish! The house is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic back porch area complete with a sofa, TV, fan, and Jacuzzi. Even in the June Florida heat, we enjoyed our time outside just as much as indoors.The home itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with three large bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. It was the perfect setup for our group.We were hosting a small BBQ during our stay and, upon inspection the night before, noticed the grill grates were completely rusted. We notified Jonathan, mentioned our backup plan, and suggested he check them after our departure. To our surprise, the next morning Jonathan arrived with a brand-new grill and full propane tank before any of our guests arrived. An absolutely amazing host to match an equally amazing house!I would highly recommend staying here, whether you’re looking for a local staycation or visiting from out of town. It’s super close to the beach and less than a five-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Amazing all around

We came down for a long weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Very clean, well stocked, comfy beds... Terrific location for any and everything you want to do in St. Augustine. Close to downtown and the beaches!!

Graduation Stay

Great location, very clean. Only issue was that the microfiber sheets were a little hot and scratchy. Otherwise a very comfy house and we really enjoyed our stay.
