Guest Access:

🏠 You will have full, private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the fully fenced backyard with the hot tub. Driveway parking for 2 cars is available; additional street parking is nearby. The garage is not accessible.

Just a short walk away, explore St. Augustine’s vibrant downtown filled with top restaurants, breweries, boutique shops, and historic sites. Love the outdoors? The beach is just a quick bike ride away, perfect for sun, surf, and stunning sunset views. Whether you want to relax or explore, Davis Shores puts you in the heart of it all!



Getting Around:

🚗Davis Shores is super walkable — downtown St. Augustine’s shops, restaurants, and breweries are just minutes away on foot. The beach is a quick bike ride or short drive. Street parking is easy to find nearby, and the driveway fits 2 cars. For longer trips, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.



🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required. No Parties allowed. No smoking allowed.



🕛 Quiet hours observed from 10pm - 8am.



🐾 We are pet friendly, however pets must be approved in advance and pet fees will apply.

Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.



💦 Note: The hot tub sprinkler is set to run daily at 8:30 a.m. for 45 minutes.



📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
