Fantastic views from this delightful unit!

This well-decorated ocean front townhouse with amazing views is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. The living room is great for relaxed conversations or watching TV. The kitchen is well-lit with granite counters and stainless steel sinks. The master bedroom has a King. The guest bed room has 2 Twins. There are 2 TV’s, a DVD player, and a full-size washer/dryer. The ocean sights and sounds from the 2nd and 3rd balconies are just wonderful. Two pools, one heated during the winter months. So bring a hair dryer and beach towels, and plan on having a memorable time!

Great Beach view

Reviewer Comments: The weather and area were great, but the condo itself did not live upto expectations, furniture needs replaced, issues with 3 different appliances. Would not recommend that unit in current form. Location was perfect.

Musty unit

Location was good and views of ocean was nice but caught a sinus infection due to musty carpets and dust covers for furniture. Not enough toilet paper for the week and no tissues. Would have been nice to have swim towels provided. Carpet should be changed to tile or wood. Appliances need to be upgraded for the price paid for the unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Ocean Villas when in St Augustine Beach, Paul and Kelly are great in helping set up you vacation. We got there last Friday evening, no internet connection. Paul contacted Sean around 9am, by 1030 Sean had our internet connected!! Awesome service, great people, and an absolutely lovely condo and Ocean view!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was first rate. Paperwork was ready when it was supposed to be and correct. Weather was perfect. Only downside (small one) was that the furniture appears old and cushions are too soft (like sitting in a hole) and needs replaced and upgraded.
