Originally part of the outdoor porch, the bedroom and bath have been lovingly transformed to offer you a cozy retreat. The Greatroom, formerly the dining room, now provides a spacious and inviting living area that opens to the eat-in Kitchen and vintage paneled office providing workspace for the new “Work from Home” lifestyle. There is even a popup desk in the Bedroom so each can have their own private space. Unlike standard cookie-cutter remodels, our vacation rental is a masterpiece of handmade touches and thoughtful design. From the Shiplap headboard to the Sewing Machine table & desk, to the innovative bicycle TV console, every corner tells a story of creativity and distinction.

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was just what we needed for a long weekend. Super close to theDowntown and within walking distance to most places. It was quiet and a lovely little neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location Location Location! We were able to walk easily to all the downtown St. Augustine sites, shopping and dining, but the apartment was quiet and felt private, even though it was attached to the host’s home. I loved the decor and brightness of the space. Everything felt very thoughtfully done. The kitchen is nice and well-appointed with high end appliances. The street is narrow, so having off-street parking was a real benefit. The host was friendly and gave good tips on places to see. There’s not any dresser or drawer space for clothes for a longer stay, BUT there’s a huge closet and plenty of hangers, so it worked out fine. If you like to walk, this unit puts you right in the midst of things. Walk to dinner, walk to festivals, walk to shop. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and other local attractions. Wonderful to have off street parking. The full kitchen made quick snacks or any meal prep a breeze. Both bed and bath were clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add large throw pillows to the very deep couch to make it a more comfortable place to relax at the end of a busy day. Overall, we found this to be our new favorite “home away from home “ stay in St. Augustine. We plan to return.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was a perfect space for me and my husband to have a relaxing St. Augustine weekend. I was sent an e-mail with all the info needed for the check-in process (parking, access code, etc.). It was pleasantly quiet and only about 3 blocks from St. George St. The house was pretty well stocked with essentials (not guaranteed) and it was decorated so cute to me. The only downside this that parking is very tight. Would not recommend a full size pickup for the allotted parking area. Beautiful place, beautiful stay. We will be returning.
