- A security deposit hold of $400 (processed through our direct server), rental agreement and ID are required for all our bookings.

- Golf Cart rentals available through property and is not included in rental
- Heated pool October to April to 85. April to October average pool temp is 85-90 without the need of heater. During winter months if air temps drop below 50, any type/brand of pool heater will struggle to sustain 85. With weather being something we cannot control, we do not gaurantee pool temperatures. It is important to note we make every possible effort to keep pool to temp including running systems overnight at our own expense. we very seldom have issues maintaining the 85 but there could be an occurrence.
