- Heated pool October to April, heating temps will vary depending on the air temperature. Vilano101 is extremely proactive on maintaining pool temps free of charge to guests. April to October average pool temp is 85-90 without the need of heater however if temps run below 85 during those months we automatically turn heater on.

Very nice home with plenty of room to roam. The pool and hot tub were very clean and a nice perk. The house is basically across the street from the beach access. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Felt very private but easy commute for groceries and to St. Augustine.

We had a wonderful time gathering the family for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach, pool, area restaurants, boat trips and other activities. We also went to the festivities in St. Augustine which was great but we were so happy we stayed out in Vilano Beach. Perfect spot to escape the chaos.

The pool, spa and location were excellent. There are some deferred maintenance issues on this property. The outdoor furniture is cheap and is not accurate in the pictures of the property. The property could use a nice outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining. One other item is the need to install a hand rail to enter the pool.

Girls Weekend

The Flamingo House was perfect for our girls getaway! Its was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub everyday. Its was a short walk to the beach and the main area in Vilano. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful location and nice accommodation

The pool and hot tub was a hit for all of us (kids and adults). Walked the beach everyday (sometimes twice a day). Restaurants were so close, it was perfect. The openness in the kitchen and family room was great! And when we cooked some meals the dining room table was great. Also great for playing games!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our weeklong family trip. The proximity to the beach, grocery store and local restaurants was ideal. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wagon was great for walking to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet with well maintained homes.We used the pool and hot tub daily and there was plenty of seating in the lanai. I would recommend this listing and will be booking again.

Planning a trip back!!

This trip was bumpy due to some unforeseen issues however Tamera worked her magic and kept us happy and accommodated us!! I highly highly recommend Tamera as your host she was honestly hands down the best to deal with!!!!! The properties are gorgeous and the cleanest I think I’ve seen while vacationing! 10/10 recommend

Excellent Getaway for our entire family

This large home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving week in Florida. It’s so close to the beach. We loved having the wagon, sand chairs, and sand toys there for us to use. The kitchen was well very equipped for us to make our big Thanksgiving meal. Having the well maintained pool and hot tub was ideal. The owners responded right away to our question. As someone who rarely rights reviews , I would definitely recommend this property!

Wedding reunion

My wife and I and two of my kids along with their families we all able to see each other for the first time in many years. We were in St. Augustine for their cousin’s wedding. The house felt like home and we so much appreciated that. Being together after so many years was made so much easier than I had even imagined. Thank you.

Great property and service!

The stay was great. Super close to the beach. The house was so well equipped with all things kids - pack and play, high chair, cups/plates, toys, everything! The property manager was absolutely fantastic. She solved every issue we had as quickly as she could. We did the beach club which was maybe not exactly worth it because we only went once but that is no representation on the house. Overall everything was great!

June Fun

This house was clean and accurately described on VRBO. The property and house manager were very attentive to the little issues we had during our stay. The backyard pool and spa were a favorite of our family. We used that every day. The layout was perfect for a large family. The walk to the beach crosses a busy street but it isn’t far at all. We would definitely book again.

Very nice beach house

Loved staying at the Pink Flamingo. House was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location can't be beat - literally a 1 min walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them everyday. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
