Overall a good experience. There are three things I would have liked to know before booking the house:1. This host requires all appliances to be clean at checkout;2. The host requires an app to access the house, note that we were able to come to a workaround, but I would prefer to not have to download an app that I am uncertain about the privacy elements of to access a vacation rental;3. There are at least 5 exterior cameras at the property including two directed at the pool area- one of those is also pointed toward the main house’s sliding glass window. I am highly sensitive to my family’s privacy, and I think that it is important to hold all hosts to a standard that doesn’t allow for an uncomfortable level of intrusiveness.

We stayed here with a large group (10 adults and 3 kids) and absolutely loved our time! The house was perfect for what we needed—spacious, comfortable, and close to everything. Technically you could walk to the beach, but with little ones it was much easier to drive. Thankfully, there’s a super convenient free parking lot right by the beach access, less than a 2-minute drive away.The pool and spa were wonderful for when we just wanted to relax and enjoy being outside without leaving the house. The separate pool house was also the perfect size and gave us extra space, which worked out great for our group.The host was fantastic—quick to respond to any questions and very kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. Convenience to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was phenomenal. Host was superb - never left me on read, answered all questions timely, and made their home feel like ours during the rental. We had 16 people - 8 adults and 8 children - plenty of space. There only noteworthy issues were the sliding door being extremely difficult to completely shut (especially for kids) and the cleaning company. The first night 2 of the 5 families had to remove hair from the sheets, strip them, and wash them. The issues were brought to the hosts attention, and we hope they are addressed for the next guests. Oddly enough, the response was not apologetic and simply pushed blame to the cleaning company. To an extent, I understand. Regardless, I’d still recommend this place as the positives outweigh the couple negatives.

Super Disappointed

We were really excited to stay at this home which was very nice but we booked it because of the spa and pool. We had limited time with family we hadn’t seen in a while and wanted to relax in the spa and pool. When I tried to turn the spa on it wasn’t working and I messaged the owner thru vrbo app and after a while that day she got back to me and said oh I have to trigger it from my app because it isn’t working from main controls. She said pool tech coming to fix it the next day. The tech came and we got no follow up on if it was working. We tried to turn it on and wasn’t working, messaged her and eventually she turned it on but Not when we wanted to use it. The next day I asked her to turn it on and never heard anything until hours later she replied and said oh I wasn’t by my app and next time here is my cell to just text me directly. Well by this time our stay was almost over and we paid over 1000 a day and never got to use the spa when we wanted even though it worked. We ended up leaving a day earlier completely over the unresponsiveness. I ended up feeling she just didn’t want us to use it. If you book this house for just for the house then all good but Not if you want to use the spa.

Perfect vacation getaway

The pool was amazing, the kids really enjoyed it. The home was really pretty and not far from the beach at all. The only thing we had an issue with was waterbug/roach type insects in the house. Mostly the bathrooms and one in the dishwasher. There was also a rotten Easter egg in the Utensil holder that we found when cleaning up after dinner.

GIRLFRIEND TRIP

The overall experience was great. Pool , house and beach. Good location to Vilano BEACH - a short walk with all the equipment needed for beach fun : chairs ,umbrellas, and wagon to carry everything. The house was clean and perfect for 8 ladies. Suggestion: let renters know when the pool guy is coming and do a quick clean of pool before new rental. Would rent again and have recommended to others already. Thanks for quick responses to our questions. We had a FUN time!
