This beautifully updated coastal retreat is perfect for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and there is room for our air mattress. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a group vacation, you'll love the open layout and resort style amenities.

Step outside to your private oasis, featuring a large heated pool, lounge chairs, Smart TV, outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fun game of cornhole, all while feeling secluded with the bamboo privacy. Inside the garage, guests can enjoy some friendly competition with air hockey, foosball, and shuffleboard.

Just one block from the beach and only 8 minutes to the heart of St. Augustine’s Historic District, the location couldn’t be better!

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a gas cooktop, Keurig, blender, hot water kettle, wine fridge, and all the essentials to make you feel at home. For your beach days, we provide towels, 6 chairs, spikeball, an umbrella, beach cart, and a rolling cooler.

IMPORTANT NOTE: POOL HEATING ONLY! Pool heater is turned off 6/1 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-5/31 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. Spa and pool are not able to be heated at the same time, due to the functionality of new pool equipment. If you wish to heat the spa instead, it will cost an extra $150 per week and you will not have pool heating for your stay. The pool is controlled remotely. Please allow 24 hours notice for us to turn on the spa schedule for you! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!

Please note: all modern pool heaters are technically unable to heat water once the outdoor temperature drops below ~55°F. This is a universal equipment limitation, not specific to our property, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly during cooler months,
