Three ladies stayed at this property last weekend to celebrate my girlfriends milestone birthday. It was the PERFECT location. We walked everywhere after parking easily at the property. Big plus in St. Aug. It was very clean and the kitchen was VERY well stocked. We had the best time there and will absolutely book again. Just loved it!

The property was located within walking distance from historic downtown in a very safe neighborhood. The property manager was incredibly helpful providing local places to eat and to visit. Communication with her was excellent. Parking was provided directly at the front door of the VRBO. Very enjoyable trip to St. Augustine!

This home was a wonderful, funky treasure. It’s an easy walk to the shops and fort, and an easy drive to the beaches. Home was clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood just outside of all the busy-ness of the old town area. I would stay here again. Great place for a couple and 2 kids. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton, this is not it. But if you are looking for clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient, this place is great.

Convenience is key here, super close to the main area, walking distance. Across the street from a few places to eat and convenience store. Excellent location. The parking has a lot to be desired however, unfortunately it can't be helped due to historic location, but managable. Would rent again.

We had a great but too few days in St. Augustine. The accomodations was very comfortable with an equipped kitchen and nice outdoor garden with tables and chairs. The house is older but renovated in a nice neighborhood. The location is perfect, just a short walk to most of the historic sites and the old center. We were three singles but the house has two double rooms and one single. St Augustine is an American treasure and this was a perfect place to experience it.

Points faibles : Communication
Location is great and the house was fully equipped. There is noise from the adjacent bars but there is warning about that in the listing and it isn't all night. Parking can be tricky but we did find close on street parking in the neighborhood. House was clean and area totally walkable to downtown, etc. High note was the cute bar across the street with an excellent food truck (pho) which was a perfect stop late afternoon before heading back into town.

Very clean and great location. Others should note both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. Was not a problem for us. We enjoyed the outside patio. Guests need to bring silverware, other than that, kitchen well furnished.

The location was great. Only one of the 2 baths had a shower. The other had a high-sided tub which is difficult for an older person like me, to get in and out of. The freezer smelled of shrimp. The unit needs a few repairs.

Property is in a great location. Walkable to St George. Unit is one of a I think three adjoining units. Only issue we had was with another guest, and host handled it for us.Can’t remember if it was mentioned in the description (surely it was), but all three bedrooms are upstairs, so if mobility is a concern, may be better to find another place, but we would gladly stay here again.

We loved staying here! It is walking distance (2 blocks) from Our Lady of LaLeche which was perfect for our stay. Parking for 1 car right in front. Has a parking pass for the public garage in the kitchen. Main floor living area is nice, dining room seats 6 and also has a high chair. Kitchen is roomy and has laundry closet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for sleeping 5 total. Comfortable beds and air conditioning! The 2 bathrooms are totally remodeled. 1 has a nice shower. The other a huge soaking tub with a shower nozzle. Compact courtyard out back is very convenient for late night dog outing. They allow dogs! Coffee shop 1/4 blocks away. Great restaurants within 4 blocks and a corner market. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Walk 4 short blocks to the multi million dollar houses on the water. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Four of us enjoyed a two night stay at this property. Everything was clean, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and it is the perfect location being just a short walk to downtown. We did have one minor issue, we reached out to the property owner, and she was at our door in less than 30 minutes to take care of it! It was a pleasure meeting her, and she made sure that everything was OK before she left. She even gave us some recommendations for some local restaurants. The listing does talk about the noise, but we had zero issues for the three days we were there. There is a small convenience store right across the street. We did have two vehicles, one we were able to park easily at the property, the other was put in the parking garage with no issues. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and the TV in the living room does have a Roku so you can log into your streaming services. I’m actually looking forward to staying at this property again due to the location and ease of walking to the downtown area. Thank you again, to our host.

The location was really excellent for walking to the Castillo de San Marcos, St. George St., and other historic areas of Saint Augustine. It is an easy drive either to Vilano Beach where to Anastasia Island, where the lighthouse is located. The house was clean and neat and had all of the basic things that we needed.
