Amenities include HDTV flat-screen Smart TVs with cable, a new queen pillow-top bed with fresh linens, a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, new stainless steel stove and oven, cooking utensils, a 12-cup coffee maker, and a microwave. The living/dining area features a three-chair dining table/workspace, a full-size sofa bed, and a private balcony/terrace with lightweight chairs and tables. Each unit has two separate air conditioners/heaters, an ironing board, and a hairdryer.

All queen units face the ocean, though studio and some first-floor units have limited views. Our unit is on the 2nd floor, offering fantastic ocean views and a glimpse of vibrant sand dunes. The condominium features four floors, two elevators (with the south elevator just 25 feet from our unit), a pet-friendly community (with exceptions and a non-refundable fee), smoke/carbon detectors, and nearby emergency services. Front desk staff are available from 7 AM to 10 PM, and free wireless internet is provided.

Access includes a laundry room, beach, heated outdoor pool, new elevators, and a boardwalk to the beach.
