Wake to the sound of Ocean waves and feel the Ocean breeze at Summerhouse Unit 345 located just steps from the beach!

This Ocean View 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has not only a view of the pool, but a beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony and master bedroom! Recently remodeled with new flooring, decor and furnishings, there is also a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room and can sleep a total of six people. There are three TV's, a DVD player, and a VCR for entertainment within the condo. Free high speed Wifi is included. Unit has a fully-equipped kitchen and also has a washer/dryer ideally located on the second floor.

While the unit is only a one-minute walk from the beach, Summerhouse also has four temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common areas around the pools are covered with well-maintained landscape just steps from the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if one should arise. We also have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. Come and enjoy!

Very nice beach and condo. Not too busy. Which is what we like.

Communication was not good checking in after 5pm. Lots of Sugar ants in condo. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Worst Year Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I understand that this must have been a stressful time for both the condo owners and Summerhouse employees. However, my rental was cancelled and changed at 2:15, 45 minutes away from check in after I was already on my way. The unit that they switched me to, SH345, was NOT rent-ready. On top of being outdated with carpet and old leather couches (for a beach rental), there were chunks missing from the wall, the upstairs guest bathroom toilet was dirty, and the shower in the master literally stopped flowing water in the middle of my first shower. The water pressure was so low to begin with but I realized that less and less water was coming out until it completely stopped flowing. The ladies at the front office were rude to me and my sister (they did try to be a little nicer after I told them who’s family I was with but them still rude to my sister) and that is unacceptable after my family has been coming here for well over 30 years every Memorial Day weekend.

Our unit could probably stand an upgrade in television for the living room area and newer deck furniture. But, we were very happy with all other amenities. HVAC, washer/dryer, plumbing, kitchen accessories were all very good. We enjoyed our stay.

We vacation a week in July, also, which is very busy at Summerhouse. We found this weekend to be delightfully quiet. We visited Washington Gardens just South off A!A. We took advantage of the Saturday plant sale at the Gardens, too.
