other than the initial host behind the front desk asking me to wait while she chatted up a colleague, everyone else was great! But paying for parking is not called for and is a negative in my mind.

This property was clean, quiet and well kept. We only stayed one night for a race in Daytona, but would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had plenty of variety and every staff member we encountered was courteous and very professional.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the decor made it feel so homey and comfy. The accommodations they have for your pets are great. We will definitely stay there again.

The place was clean and convenient to all locations. The breakfast was just passable. No fresh fruit, pastries or potatoes. Only sausage, no bacon. No plain yogurt.

Great stay for value price

Overall was good but I never like having to pay a deposit on top of booking a room and didn’t like having to pay to park but had a large fenced in play area for my dog. Has a shuttle to the beaches and downtown but you have to pay for it. Overall can’t complain

Not a traditional Inn

Upon arrival we discovered that this property was a renovated old motel. We met the owner as we arrived and indicated that it was not what we were expecting because the picture we saw through Hotels.com made it look more like an inn than a motel. The owner addressed our concerns by upgrading us to a deluxe room at no additional charge. The breakfast provided was the standard motel/hotel fare and was included in the rate. We felt, however, that the parking rate was a little high. But that may have been standard for the area. The room was very nice, although a little small, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property still has a number of cosmetic upgrades that need to be taken care of. We did enjoy our stay and it was convenient to the historic area.
