Relax at the beautiful gated St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Club Condo Resort in St Augustine Beach.
This newly updated first floor unit is just steps from the beach. It features a king size master bedroom suite with a tiled walk-in shower and a custom walk-in closet for long term guests. The charming guest bedroom has twin beds with an adjoining full bathroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Cable TV with smart flat screens are in the living room and bedrooms. High speed wifi service is included. The kitchen has stone counter tops and is fully stocked with new appliances and an ice maker. A new full size washer and dryer is in the laundry room. It has tile and wood floors throughout. This unit has everything you dream of to make your Florida beach vacation a reality.
You are steps away from private access to the famous St. Augustine Beach with a ramp for easy access. Enjoy the tropical courtyard Jacuzzis, 2 pools (one is heated during the cooler months), and tennis courts. In addition, the property has a housed in gate house with a 24 hour Community Service Officer.

The property is also minutes from groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are 6 miles from historic old town St. Augustine. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away!

We stay in the complex every year and we love it for the pool, beach, and access to groceries, restaurants and mini golf. Mike’s place is great because it’s one of the only ones with a pack and play
you’d have to rent or buy one at the other units. Great place, could use a little updating and maybe a couple more beach chairs
but it has most essentials. Kitchen was stocked. No board games or puzzles, but lots of throw back DVDs which we liked.

Great experience and location

We were very happy with our stay! Our only problem is we should have stayed longer. The location is perfect with a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything in St. Augustine. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room had everything we needed. The beach chairs and beach toys were nice to have. Mike communicates really well. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We felt very safe being in a gated community with a security guard at the road and a passcode required to enter from the beach side. We only have positive things to say about our experience and we appreciate it!

Loved being so close to the beach but


The condo itself was a solid 4. Rusty mental chairs on the porch and very used chairs for the beach. The window in one bedroom looked into a dark hallway so the shade was pulled down 24/7, the other window had an outside light illuminating the bedroom all night even with the blinds pulled tight. The screen door of the slider did not slide and had to stay open to get any airHad no interaction with the host.I did love the mattress on the king bed.

Near the ocean

This unit smelled a bit musty upon entry but the smell went away after opening the slider. The unit was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It was a few steps from the ocean and was within a mile from a grocery store.

💙🌊 wonderful trip

We had a wonderful trip! The condo was in a perfect place to get to the beach and the property manager made check in easy. The condo is small but fits four well and it is a quiet place and the beach wasn’t very crowded. We were close to several restaurants and the pier. It was a great experience for our first trip to St. Augustine!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved everything about our stay! It was a short walk to the beach. The condo itself cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach cart with the umbrella and chairs. It was perfect for our family vacation.

Clean and comfy condo

We decided to take a trip to St Augustine and began searching for condos. It was overwhelming with all the choices, but we are so glad we picked this one! The pictures are exactly what you get. It's very clean (I was ok with my 11 month old crawling on the floor). Kitchen had lots of supplies, although with so many good, nearby restaurants, there's no need to cook unless you want to. Each bathroom had a set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap, which I thought was very thoughtful and convenient. The beds were great, with enough pillows and extra blankets. The furniture is nice and not some cast offs from the owner's home that fill so many other vacation rentals I've been in. The access to the ground floor and proximity to the beach were wonderful. My family would park, I would go through the hallway to unlock the door, then I would unlock the sliding glass door and let everyone in, just a few steps from the car. The owner-supplied beach accessories are so helpful - there's a beach cart to carry your items, an umbrella, the screw-in umbrella base, pool noodles, and beach towels. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well kept. I felt very safe there, especially with the guard gate. I highly recommend this rental, and I would reserve it again in the future if we return to the area.

Stay in St Augustine Beach

Overall the property location was very good and proximity to beach was awesome with walkway. Couple of improvements needed with property but overall worked well. Although the property pools were beautiful it would have been great if they were heated. Too cold to swim in during mid April.
