St. Augustine Beach, Florida: 2 bed/2 bath (Beachfront PetFriendly Free Parking)

This air-conditioned ground floor condo can sleep up to 7 and includes convenient free parking right outside the unit. Fully accessible, this unit is located only 300 yards away from the beach and has many amenities, including 2 pools (one heated in winter), tennis and shuffleboard courts, an indoor gym/clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining area.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a new mattress and a private ensuite bathroom with a standup shower and chair. The Guest Bedroom includes a double bed and a twin/single bed. The Guest bathroom located just outside the guest bedroom comes with a deep tub and shower and plenty of racks for hanging all your towels. Each bedroom has an HDTV with a DVD player.

The Living room has a 55" Ultra HDTV with a leather sofa and love seat. There is also a futon that comfortably sleeps 3 children or 2 adults with an easy add-on bench (located in the guest bedroom).

The Dining area comfortably seats 6 with room to squeeze in 2 more when needed. The kitchen includes a stainless steel Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Keurig coffee (courtesy coffee pods included: 1/adult/day). There is a stacked Washer/Dryer inside a closet next to the fridge.

Free WiFi (300mbps) & DirecTV cable television programming are included as well as cordless landline phones with unlimited free calling anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Guests enjoy convenient Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles. One vehicle is permitted to park in any 'O' Building designated space immediately outside the unit and another can park in the guest parking lot area, less than 100 steps away. Please enquire if more parking is required.

Guests also have use of one (1) beach umbrella, two (2) lightweight beach chairs and two (4) beach towels.

A Keurig coffee machine and fresh coffee pods are available for all guests to enjoy upon arrival (1/adult/day).

All are welcome, including one pet per stay (see NOTE 2 below).

All guests are required to respect All Condominium Association rules & policies (Full details will be provided within a comprehensive 'Information Packet', emailed to guests as part of their Booking Confirmation).

NOTE 2:
All guests must respect all condominium association rules.
Ocean Village Club (OVC) allows only ONE (1) pet per rental booking.
- ALL pets MUST be registered at the main office upon arrival, where a $50 'Pet Registration Fee' will be charged and a pet leash/tag provided.
- The pet leash/tag must be displayed on your pet at all times when your pet is outside the unit on OVC property.
- Note that the $50 'Pet Registration Fee' is additional to the $100 'Owner Pet Fee'.
- Ocean Village Club does not permit any aggressive breeds, such as Pit Bulls (Pit Bull is defined as American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers), German Shepherds, Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or any dog that conforms to any of these breeds or characteristics. Please enquire if you have any questions related to your specific breed.

We came in late after a thanksgiving drive home from Georgia. Vito and his wife helped us check in around 8pm got us in the gate smoothly, answered all questions, and even told us what to see while at the festive of lights. They were so accommodating and attentive. Thanks so much for a quick stay in Saint Augustine last minute.

Host was very responsive. The only issue we had were with parking permits which was resolved quickly. Everything else met our expectations, the apartment, the pool area and the beach. We will definitely consider staying here next time our travels take us to the St. Augustine area.

The host, Vito, was outstanding!!! He was all about making our stay perfect, he is a great communicator and regularly checked in to make sure we were happy, but not in an obnoxious way. Great Property

Love the location of this nicely updated property. It was perfect for our family getaway, so close to the beach, the community pool, and nearby restaurants. It was clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of seating for our family dinners and easily accessible wifi. We had a couple hiccups but the owner was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Location to the beach was perfect! The beach was wide and clean and the water was warm and beautiful! The pool was immaculate!The condo was clean and comfortable, felt like home. Perfect spot for a family, so close to the beach!!

We had a such an amazing time for spring break at Vito’s condo!! We are a family of 8 and we all fit! I searched high & low for the perfect condo for our 9 day stay, and this was it! Walk straight from your patio to the pool & shuffleboard court. Beach is a short walk from your patio as well, the best building in the complex in terms of walking distance! The condo was very clean and comfortable, has that good “Florida” smell, and the brand new kitchen is nothing short of amazing! I want this kitchen for my own home! You can tell the owners put a lot of love into their vacation home, and I am so grateful we got to experience it. Communication was excellent, and we really did not want to have to leave! Saltwater Cowboys is right down the street, & downtown St. Augustine is 15-20min drive away so you aren’t in a super populated area, which is so nice! Cannot wait to stay here again!! Thank you Vito!!

Wonderful location

We were only able to stay one night, but it’s a beautiful location and the property was very nice. The owner was always quick to answer any questions. I wish we could’ve stayed longer ,hopefully another time.

We stayed overnight in this condo to see Alabama at the amphitheater
 we had 4 adults and it was a pleasure.. great location. Short walk directly to the beach, and great access to the best parts of St Augustine beach area .. owners were kind and great communication

Great Place!

My family of 3 plus my parents staying here over the Labor Day holiday. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The resort was great and the walk to the beach was not nearly as far as it looked in the photos. The pool was right outside our patio door. Vito was a great communicator. We will definitely come back! Thanks :)

Amazing location with everything we needed

Let’s just say we can’t wait to come back. Are the properties in this complex new? No. But that said, it looks like the property is maintained well. The location of the actual unit is great for quick and easy access to the pool (25 steps away) and the walkway to the beach. Vito is the great communicator. As soon as I booked the property he was in touch with a thank you and a what to expect email. As we approached check-in, we had everything needed for a painless arrival. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and floats/boards for our family to enjoy during the week. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances newer. Nothing broke and nothing to complain abou, which hasn’t always been our luck with VRBO properties 😂 The sunrises and sunsets are killer. Don’t miss them! We are already talking about returning for Fall visit.

Great family Memorial Day extended weekend

The ground floor condo had excellent access to beach and pool. Both were very close as was the shuffleboard. The condo was perfect for 6, my daughter and husband, two granddaughters plus my husband and me. Vito was a superb host with great communication and detail oriented. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!!!

Three people from three generations and all of us were pleased as pie! Location, location, location - to the beach and the pool. Accommodations and furnishings were beyond what I anticipated from the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked and we even got boogie boards, beach towels, an umbrella, and chairs. Travel often and stay in hotels and other VRBO's and can't sing enough praise. We would all definitely come back. Host was very accommodating and has earned his perfect start rating! Thanks for the lovely memories!

Great location

First, I would like to say that the owners are the nicest people. They were very communicative, informative and super easy to deal with. This is a great location it’s central to everything and the beach is great. The heated pool was super because it was a little cooler than we expected so since it was heated we still got some water time. There was some damage to the drawers in the kitchen. It wasn’t a big deal to us it just wasn’t shown in the pics. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely stay here again.
