St Augustine waterfront home on canal w/ private dock, walk to beach!

Beachside Boaters Bungalow is located in the Treasure Beach community of Saint Augustine. The home is located on a salt-water canal minutes away from the beach, intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine. You can bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks waiting for you on the private floating dock in the backyard! Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine is only 7 miles away!

This home sleeps 5 with one Queen bed in the master and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. One of the twin beds has a roll-out trundle twin bed.

There are TVs in both bedrooms and there is a TV in the living room. All TVs are smart-TVs and we offer Netflix and HBO-Max on us. You can log into all of your other favorite services while visiting.

Amenities include a floating dock (feel free to tie up your own boat or fish off of the dock or bulkhead). There is also an outdoor seating area on a private backyard patio overlooking the canal. There is a BBQ grill on the patio and a screen porch off the back canal-side of the home. There is a fire-pit overlooking the canal along with a double-person hammock nestled under the palm trees overlooking the water. You'll find beach bikes, kayaks, and plenty of beach toys and board games to use also. There are also plenty of rental shops nearby.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 7 mile drive to historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The beach is right nearby and walkable! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at A Street (must have 4 wheel drive) or to Crescent Beach to park and walk on.

Great stay for Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, spotless and smelled amazing. The layout was really great for our family of 4. Additionally we LOVED the outdoor space and we enjoyed that every day/night at some point. Kelly and Donnie were wonderful and of all our stays in St. Augustine for Thanksgiving (this is 4th year) this was our favorite place. Thank you so much for a wonderful 4 days!

Cozy beach cottage

Our stay here was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed downtown St Augustine and the farmers market. The weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit (and the ingredients for smores which were provided by our hosts) but instead had a Netflix movie night. Looking forward to coming back again when it’s beach weather.

Spring Break with the boys!

We had an amazing time! We LOVED the backyard with the fire pit, hammock, dock, and kayaks. We really enjoyed the ambiance from the outdoor lighting when the sun set each night. This home was stocked with everything you could need! Super accessible to a beautiful beach right down the road. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Location for St. Augustine Visit

This house has everything you will need and less than 30 minutes to most St. Augustine attractions. Winding down at the end of the day by the firepit under the stars is so relaxing. Even better, everything you need for a fire and Smores, is already there. An easy launch for kayaks and bicycles are available to hit local spots. During our visit, our dog really enjoyed sitting outside by the canal. I swear he had just as great a time as we did. Looking forward to getting back as soon as we can. Don't pass this house up!
