From this oceanfront retreat, you have a stunning view of pure white sand, sparkling sea, and blue sky. Come see it for yourself!

Everything at Summerhouse 101 is absolutely breathtaking. Windows in two directions in the living room flood the condo with sunshine, and the sliding-glass door opens you up to a breathtaking view. Nothing stands between you and the beach except the lush natural dunes. The sunrise is amazing here, the sea is an ever-changing combination of colors, and the beach is uncrowded and so beautiful!

Some of the newly added upgrades are a 65" Smart HD TV in the living room, 49" Smart HD screen TV in the master bedroom, a 32" Smart HD screen TV in the second and third bedrooms, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Slip out to the patio first thing in the morning, coffee and smartphone in hand. You have free WiFi at Summerhouse 101, so this is a great place to update your social media and check in with friends. Or, if quiet relaxation is more your style for this vacation, enjoy the sight of pelicans and sea gulls flying past on their way to fish for their breakfast in the surf.

The flooring throughout the unit is cool tile, with are rugs in the living area and all three bedrooms.

Step indoors and you add the comfort of air conditioning to your setting without losing any of the view. Our open-plan condo combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, so you have an ocean vista even while you're blending up a pitcher full of frosty drinks by the fridge!

The spacious living area is the ideal place to enjoy a favorite movie or game. With plenty of places to sit and relax, you'll find our condo comfortable for the whole group.

If you're planning to do a little cooking this vacation -- or even if you've sworn off the spatula! -- you'll enjoy the convenience of the kitchen at Summerhouse 101. The floor is cool tiles, the countertops smooth granite, and the cabinets filled with cookware, dishes, and utensils. No scrounging around for something to use as a corkscrew here -- you'll find everything you need waiting for you! There is a 15" commercial stainless steel under the counter ice maker for your convenience.

The master suite features a large and comfortable king size bed. You’ll enjoy it after a long day of fun on the beach. The second bedroom is almost equally roomy, with a king-sized bed and adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds. And we provide all towels and linens, plus extra pillows and blankets.

Need to sleep one or two more people? The sofa in thel living room opens up into a queen sized sofa sleeper. You have a front-row seat for the sunrise each morning!

The Summerhouse resort is an oceanfront complex with all the amenities you hope for. Multiple heated swimming pools, tennis and racquetball courts, a fitness center, a playground for the kids -- it's all here and more! Use the computer in the clubhouse if you like, grill out and picnic on the grounds, or play cards in the game room. There's something for all ages here, and the best part is Crescent Beach, just yards from your door.

Starting Wednesday July 1st, 2026, the cost for purchasing a hanging tag from the Summerhouse Rentals Inc (SRI) will increase.

The current cost is a flat rate of $10.00 and will be increasing to $5.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days ($70) for renters.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Summerhouse is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. It has 4 pools and easy beach access. This oceanfront unit has a wonderful layout, great finishes, and is very well stocked. It's our favorite unit in the complex and we have been coming to Summerhouse for decades.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The oceanfront location made for beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained with kitchen amenities that made meal making a breeze. The on-site pool was a great respite from tracking children at the beach:) Check -in and check-out was very simple.

Fun in the sun and water

Beautiful location with easy access to Crescent Beach and short drive to St. Augustine. We also loved the heated pools and went for icecream each evening at Island Icecream. My granddaughters also enjoyed the playgrounds. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The location of the condo was great, end unit , ocean front. However, the overall condition of the unitwas dated and linens were old and didnt seem clean. We washed the bedding and recommend replacing all linens, towels and cleaning or replacing living room furniture. We were disappointed there were no beach chairs available.

Our Favorite Family Beach House

Very clean. Great kitchen (it even has a commercial ice maker). Beds were comfy This place has a very spacious feel in the living/dining area. It can seat 12 in the eating areas. We came with our daughter and her family of 4 young ones. It worked out really well for us.

Relaxation Destination

We tried to escape our year of pandemic by driving to the beach in St. Augustine. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, and even some games and books to enjoy. Unfortunately, the cold weather followed us and we had high winds and below average temps for over half of our week. We only had one good sunset, but I'm sure they are amazing on clear nights. We did see a tortoise twice in addition to lizards and pelicans. The kids loved the ice maker, having their own TVs, and the heated pool right outside the door. We all enjoyed walks and collecting shells on the beach. We were surprised by the amount of vehicles driving by on the beach and the strength of the waves so just be aware if you have little ones. Even on cold days, we enjoyed exploring St. Augustine, eating outdoors, and listening to the roar of the ocean. Maybe someday we can come back and enjoy the sunsets!

Perfect for Family

Getting to walk out the door and just a few feet to the boardwalk was amazing! Also being able to see the beach from the patio was just perfect. We couldn’t have dreamed for something better. This will be our go to place for years to come.

Summerhouse 101

Our family all agreed best beach condo! Just like the pictures showed. Great view and location. Nice to have a grill at property. There were 7 of us and we never felt crowded. Very well equipped kitchen. All beds and furniture were very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience from booking to check out.
