Excellent experience. Welcomed by an excellent host Joel. He made sure our accommodations were perfect. The Colombian Restaurant on the premises was delicious. The location of the Hotel is right next to visitors center which was very convenient. The pool is very nice and clean.The perfect place to stay in Saint Augustine.

Very old and tired hotel. Train tracks right behind it. TV situation awful. Great front desk clerk. I should have spent $100 more for a better chain hotel experience.

I booked a King and got a Double. Bed sucked. Everything else about the stay was nice though. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. The pool was a nice plus. It's actually about a mile and a half from historic district. Too far to comfortably walk in 80 degree heat.

The hotel was nice room was clean. Right in the middle of everything so you can walk and close to trolly if you choose to do the trolly tour. The restuarant in the hotel has delicious food. Would recommend eating there .

We stayed in the executive suite as we had 6 people traveling with our group. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. The bed slept good and the pillows were soft. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant, it was the best food we had the whole trip. The servers were great!
