A beautiful view from this ocean front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king in master bedroom, full, twin in guest bedroom and a twin sleeper in living room. Three TV's, VCR and a DVD. Tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. No three night rentals. Does not accept reservations for less than a week. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
