Watch the ocean from your couch! Townhouse at Summerhouse 161

A beautiful view from this ocean front 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king in master bedroom, full, twin in guest bedroom and a twin sleeper in living room. Three TV's, VCR and a DVD. Tile floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. No three night rentals. Does not accept reservations for less than a week. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Lovely Stay

We evacuated Florida, returned home but due to personal complications we did not get back down for this stay. We will return in April.

Reviewer Comments: it is a wonderful place with all the nice people and snowbird activities - grounds are maintained very well and staff very friendly and helpful - only thing i can think of shuffleboard courts need attention and i would love the pools to be heated to 85 - rarely used as with ocean breeze, cool jan and feb morning temps it just was not fun and i had always enjoyed other years . thanks for all the good work

However the television in the living room is on its last legs. The right side of the screen is turning dark and dull. The white sofa, as lovely as it looks, has no support and the cushion fabric is tearing (much worse than it was last year). We truly love the location of this unit and look forward to our next stay.
