The listed price is for a max of 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $100 per person after 6. Please be sure to input the correct amount of people staying before booking your stay.

This home includes 4 bedrooms total. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs with their own private bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms are downstairs with a shared Hall bathroom.
One of the upstairs master suites has it's own private access to the beachfront deck.
All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King-sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of lounge chairs and tables as well as your own private steps directly to the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end.

There's a one-car garage with an automatic door opener to park your vehicle. 2-4 other vehicles can be parked comfortably in the driveway. Additional parking is being added during the landscape renovation.
For times where there are additional people with vehicles, a public park is just 2 houses down and on the opposite side of the road. A very short 2-minute walk from the house to the public parking at Nease Beachfront Park. This is also a great park to go for a stroll.

Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the garage or underneath the deck. and all other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the living room for when computer use is needed.

While spending time at Villa Rosa will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Rosa.
