I posted a review about this place less than a month ago (when I was last there). I booked this place for my family, as they visited family in the surrounding Ontario area. They were extremely happy with it. Place is well kept and clean. Neighborhood seems to be safe and is not that far from the falls. Highly recommend this place! The Host Akki is very easy to reach out to and responds almost instantly (very well communication). Zero complaints. We will consider this place first once we visit the area again.

Very nice and well kept place. Wish I could’ve took it home with me. My mom who was with me was very impressed with it and I was quite happy with it.AKKI who I corresponded with responded to my messages in the very fast and timely matter.She was very friendly and more than accommodating. We had to cancel our August reservation and we were able to schedule our stay for this September. This place is not that far at all from the Falls and is at a very convenient location. The neighborhood is very quiet, private & safe. We will keep this place in mind next time we visit the area.

My family and I had a great time! I will say I did not realize we would be staying on the bottom half of somebody’s house so that caught me off guard, but it did have a separate entrance. The place was super clean. The only issue was the bedroom situation. The listing said could sleep 4 but only 2 bedrooms and my teenage daughter did not want to share her bed with her 9 year old brother. My son ended up sleeping on the small sectional but was not very comfortable and it did not turn into a bed.

Great stay!

The place looked just like it does in the pictures! The beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need. There was even shampoo/conditioner, body wash and tooth paste on the bathroom. Akki was great with communication. I was in town with my mom to watch my son play hockey at Ridley college. It was a short drive to the school and was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommended!

We will return to this lovely basement home!

First off, Akki is one exceptional host! I have stayed in VRBO’s for over 10 years and she is the MOST responsive, kind, and respectful host we have ever had a pleasure to work with. The home is in the basement of the host, but you have your own private entrance. To park, you will need to use the left side of the driveway. Inside you will find a cozy, elegant home with every amenity you could possibly need and more! The beds are very comfortable, sheets and comforter are the right amount needed, and the pillows are perfect. There is even a cozy faux mink/fleece blanket if you run cold like me. The washer and dryer worked excellent for us and they even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for personal use. The home is in a bedroom community and we felt perfectly safe. Our only complaints (nothing at all that would discourage us to stay again) was we were in the basement, so we could hear them walking around upstairs and what they were watching/listening to. Also being a basement stay, we did not have control access to the air conditioning/heat. That being said, because Akki is such a responsive host, she responds immediately and will adjust to your liking. There are also heating/cooling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room. From our family to yours, you will throughly enjoy your experience stay in this home.

Great place-Aside from the doggie alarm!

The only thing that we didn’t like is that the people upstairs had a dog that barked from about 7am non stop for about 3 hrs. We had along day the day before and sleeping in was not optional. Other than that the place was impeccable!

Excellent Host and Property

Akki was a fantastic host, so quick to reply to messages and wonderfully accommodating for a quick and easy check in/out process. The space was clean, cozy and perfect for everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and baking utensils making our stay so easy over the holiday weekend. Comfortable beds, games in the living room, and clean towels for every person staying. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Absolutely Wonderful

My grandson and I stayed at this wonderful home while he competed in a area golf tournament. It is difficult putting into words how perfect it was, pristinely clean, well appointed with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Akki was available to help and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I know next year I will have to book this early because everyone who chooses this home will want to return.
