The lounge on 6th floor was a great place to go out for a drink in the early evening however it was very loud on the floor very late. We were in room 624 right near the lounge and it was extremely loud past midnight and we were unable to sleep.

BEWARE*** VEHICLE STOLEN RIGHT OFF THEIR PARKING LOT within 4hrs of arrival. (2024 Lexus RX 350 AWD) Manager Dan Jennings handling of the situation was a shrug and a “we’re not responsible, contact your insurance company to assist, we’ll save the footage” response. I contacted corporate and he lied about his handling of the matter to corporate. It has been 10 days and it is apparent that this is just going to be swept under the rug. The handling of this is obviously an inside job. The manager wasn’t at the very least apologetic about the situation, completely dismissive as if we’re referring to a stolen phone and not a $50k vehicle taken from their property. Very non-chalant behavior. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The insurance companies covered rentals for our stay in CANADA but we could not cross any rental over the border back to NY.

Very good facility. Building looks new. There was a little smell in the washroom. When i tried to find it, i couldn't. It wasnt worth mentioning to the admin staff. But overall good experience.

Great place for Family. Lots to do at hotel. Great for teenagers as they can occupy themselves with activities while parents relax at restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A nice place for family vacation

Family of 5, great and clean room. It has great amenities such arcade, bowling, bar and a lunch bar. Close to the lake, wineries and 20 minutes from Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake. It has also a restaurant. Breakfast was included, but very small options. We would definitely come back.
