Rooms are dirty. Bathroom was not acceptable. People in the parking lot were doing hard drugs. People walking all around our car and hanging out by our hotel room door. We ended up leaving

They allowed multiple cars with trailers to park in the parking lot so it was very difficult to find a parking spot after 9pm. Had to walk quite far.

Well, the check-in was fine. The room was just okay, not fancy. My bed had huge "dips" in the mattress, all the way across the bed. Whatever detergent they use irritated my skin, I was itchy all night. I ended up covering myself with a shirt over my nightgown and t-shirts around my legs. The breakfast room is small and so crowded we didn't eat there. The laundry room is small, but it was clean. I paid a premium price because of an event at the time of my stay.

The bedding was horrible. The fitted sheet fit so loose that it came loose from the bed. No comforter l, instead it was a flat sheet, thin blanket and a top sheet on that! Pretty disappointed for $200+ for a night

The rates were cheaper compared to other places. The staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast area was clean and organized. The things I didn't like is that the bathroom fan didn't work. Some of the towels looked brownies in color instead of white. The sink area was not fully cleaned (there were little shaved hairs left over). They need to fix the faucet on the sink (wiggly). Could have a better breakfast choices (e.g. low sugar serials, maybe some hot food items).

This was an Ok Hotel. Decent Room. We enjoyed the pool the jacuzzi was very foamy and scum along the walls. Breakfast was sparse. Employees were nice.

Pleasant Experience

The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. While the rooms were a little dated, it was obvious from the boxes of new stuff sitting around that the owners are in the process of continuing to update the facility for the greater comfort of its guests. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The provided breakfast was adequate and appreciated. All-in-all a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Would stay again.

Staff are friendly, courteous. This time of year in St. Ignace, all hotels are booked full. The parking lot was packed. I thought this place was going to be loud but was pleased. Was a quiet night. People are on the move early here. Don't plan on sleeping on.

Big mistake

The bed was very uncomfortable. The controls to the AC unit were from back in the 1970s. The thermostat did not work. My wife and I were either freezing cold or very hot. It was so bad that we left and went to another hotel for two nights.

Okay-ish

Check in was super quick, the room was super basic. It was fine for the one night stay for my family because we were only there for a few awake hours. It smelled like old smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The door deadbolt didn’t work. The mattress was surprisingly not super uncomfortable, despite it feeling like a spring mattress from 20 years ago. Staff was super friendly though. Overall, if I had to stay again I wouldn’t be devastated but it’s nothing to write home about.
