This cozy row house located just minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants & shops. You’re just a 15 minute walk to George Street and a 20 minute walk to The North Head Trail that takes you along the beautiful Atlantic Ocean up Signal Hill to historic Cabot Tower. Located a few blocks from lovely Bannerman Park, which features a splash pad, swimming pool with free public swims in the summer, modern playground, and a beautiful ice skating loop in the winter. It's a best-of-both-worlds location, quiet home near breathtaking hikes and walking distance to all the conveniences of downtown.

Your living space is spread out over a 3 storey townhouse, whether you're a solo traveller or a group it’s a ideal home base. The house will accommodate 8 to sleep but that will be a very cozy living arrangement. Banquet seating in kitchen with a easy flow into the living room great for socializing. The third floor open loft has spectacular views of historic signal hill and you can see boats sailing through the narrows. Three additional bedrooms, two bedrooms have a connecting door between them ideal for families traveling with small children. Enjoy afternoon and evening sun in the fully fenced private backyard with two large decks and a BBQ for nights you’d like to stay in. Downtown on street parking permit provided. On site private front-load washer and dryer, free wi-fi and tv in living area.

Along with tea and coffee, I provide a couple of breakfast items and an assortment of snacks. The house is also stocked with basic cooking and laundry supplies. Playpen and high chair are available if required.
