The open floor plan has a magnificent full water view with an updated kitchen overlooking a fabulous living area. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and opens to a dining area and living room leading to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the calm waters of the bay and gorgeous sunsets.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is updated with a custom designed walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a beautiful, marble en-suite bathroom with two sinks. The master bedroom has access to the same balcony as the living area with the same beautiful views.

The guest room also has a king-sized bed and upgraded full second bath.

For your added convenience, there are televisions in both bedrooms as well as the living area, a full-sized washer and dryer, an assigned parking space, and an elevator.

Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules: The minimum stay is one week (one month in Jan, Feb, March). No pets are allowed by guests. Scheduled check-in and check-out are determined as previously arranged with the owner.
