Shower was horrible , My husband having spinal stenosis had to catch him self slipping, no door that closes the shower , be ready for the water fall , I put numerous towels to dry floor , don’t take your family here

I will never book another stay at Hyatt House. The property is old and is in desperate need of a renovation. The facility is in poor condition and in a remote location. I misplaced my TV remote and there was no effort on the part of the staff to replace it. The room was drafty and smelled bad. Never again.

The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels.
