Crescent House - Tranquil Downtown Home

Upon entering the gated front courtyard you will enjoy the tranquil garden and pond with waterfall sounds to begin your relaxing vacation. This two story home is set in the peaceful, tree-lined Downtown Lodi neighborhood.
Crescent House is a large, contemporary two-story home perfect for gatherings both inside and out. Three bedrooms and two baths are situated on the ground floor, including the Primary Bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. The other two ground floor bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. The second floor is a large private room with treetop, neighborhood views in all directions. This room has a dedicated work space, private full bathroom, and kitchenette. All beds are king sized with fine linens. Bath towels, hair dryers, and shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided in each of the three bathrooms.

The kitchen has luxury stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove top, microwave/convection oven, wall oven, dishwasher, and a large French door refrigerator freezer with filtered water dispenser and icemaker. A breakfast nook is nestled in the kitchen to savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Four bar stools allow dining or chef coaching from the spacious kitchen island. A beautiful built-in wine bar has a mini fridge, wine and margarita glassware and serving ware to enjoy all of your Lodi wine tasting favorites. The adjacent antique dining table seats eight to ten guests. All cooking and serving ware you will need are provided for your use.

The backyard has a lush garden and paved patio for you to enjoy dining outside under the market lights. Use the gas BBQ grill, and the fire pit all times of the year. The front entry way pond provides a lovely waterfall sound during your stay.

The garage is available for guest use and two cars can fit in the driveway.
