The host could have been more responsive. First of all I had to contact VBRO to get our entry code, which I had been told would arrive 24 hours in advance. Some things in that were listed in the folder where not available as described. When I tried to use the hairdryer,and it didn't work, he did not offer to replace it or reimburse me when my husband went out a bought a new one. The unit was furnished with basic necessities, but need more teaspoons, and other kitchen dishes and tools. The beds were fine, the pillows were terrible. We will not stay there again unless it has major improvements.
