Carly and James laid out a welcoming base to stay in for several days of slightly stormy winter weather; snacks and drinks provisions, a nice space a short walk from downtown Stratford, with some toiletries, a first aid kit, even a washer and dryer easily available in the residence. Also glad they could adjust to a slightly earlier than expected arrival time. Will look their way again if we're ever in the area.

This suite, on the ground floor of a lovely heritage house was in a nice neighbourhood with free parking onsite and easy walking distance to the centre of town and the Avon theatre. The owner really took the advice to "be your guest" to heart; as an example, there was more than enought breakfast food available such as milk/cream, eggs, cereal, tea/coffee, sugar, pancake mix etc. plus filtered water. The owner was friendly and provided a list of recommended places to eat. The place was decorated nicely, clean, cozy and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there!

What a wonderful location! The space and amenities were above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect for walking into town for our show at the Avon Theater, and the host was fabulous--when I sent messages the response was quick and provided all the information needed. We will definitely try to book this spot again when we travel to Stratford.

We enjoyed three nights at this property. It was close enough to downtown to walk (12-20 minutes) to most restaurants and theaters (the Festival Theater is probably 25 minutes away), so we left our car behind most days. The place was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find well-stocked cupboards (both food and dishes) as well as coffee and items for breakfast. Communication with the host was very prompt. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Stratford!

Very close to downtown theatres and restaurants and beautifully situated to the rear of large, stately home. The place was more or less perfect. Probably one of the top two or three stays we have had lifetime. Unlike the majority of rentals, Carly is very generous with well stocked shelves and many "gifts". She had snacks, beer, eggs, butter, milk and many other things in the fridge & freezer. The place is perfect for a couple.

We had a fantastic experience at Boho Chic Suite. The apartment is cosy, quiet and clean. It has lovely decor keeping much of the original character of this historic home. It’s a short 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, trails and the Avon Theatre. The kitchen is very well stocked including many breakfast items and snacks. Communication with Carly was warm and prompt. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights in this attractive and well-equipped apartment. Prepare your own breakfast with a well -stocked fridge and all the kitchen gadgets you need (sorry, no espresso machine). A storm knocked the power out one night and Carly was quick to provide candles and a lantern. A generator kept the fridge going. I don't expect this happens much. It's an easy walk to the downtown for lunch or dinner or just enjoying this quaint city. As modern as the apartment appears it is in an older home so don't expect the floors to be level; they add to its charm. For hot days like we had there are fans and an in-window a/c. Excellent communication throughout our VRBO process.

We loved our Boho Chic Suite!!! A beautifully appointed suite with a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with a comfortable pull out couch. The beautiful gardens complemented the building including the parking spot! We appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shopping and chose to drive to the both the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. And finally, Carly was a wonderful host with exemplary communication skills from the moment we booked until we checked out. We will return!

We were in town for the Stratford Festival and lucky enough to stay at the Boho Chic Suite. The parking, the private entrance, the luxury accommodations all made for a delightful stay. No regrets, just love.

The spot is to die for. Cute little walkway through garden to our patio in front of our suite. When I opened the door I was totally amazed. Every aspect of this suite was perfect. Close to town and amenities. Great neighborhood to walk or bike in. But best of all, great place with quaint patio to return to and enjoy our wine. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience and stay!

It would be hard for me to tell you all the wonderful things that we had at this beautiful apartment. Food in the cupboard and breakfast items in fridge and freezer. Decor that fit the age the home . I can't find anything that I would complain about. Would recommend and would stay with Carly again.

The minute I walked into the suite, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. The tall ceilings and spacious rooms were beautiful. Every single detail I could think of, from a writing desk to a well-stocked kitchen, was provided. I travel alone and look for accomodation that is within walking distance to everything, and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. This suite was absolutley everything I wanted. Already making plans to go back next year.

A glorious getaway

My daughter and I wanted to get away for a few days of rest. We couldn't believe how perfect this "Boho chic suite" was. We were in the cute town of Stratford but never left the place! Lots of space. It is just like the pictures. Very cute and I have never been at a vrbo where they have so many amenities for you. Whatever you forgot to bring they have it!! We felt pampered. It was a great getaway and the place was a bit part of it.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The home is cozy and has a beautiful interior! It is located just a short walk from the main strip so we were able to go into town every day, more than once a day very easily. The host offered food and snacks at the house for us and was very kind and responsive to each message. It was clean and neat and had everything one would need. Overall, excellent!
