Cottage #2 - Charming and serene, clean, comfortable cottage just 20 miles from Key West. Located adjacent to the pool. Cottage offers a full kitchen, screened patio, a single bedroom with a queen bed. This cottage is situated only steps away from our pool. The dock, seawalls are all available to our guests. A coin laundry is also available on site. Whether you come to the Florida Keys to escape the winters, or enjoy the calm waters and great fishing and diving of the summers, you will find Cudjoe Oceanside Cottage to be your Home Away From Home.

The location is perfect with the boat ramp and only 30 km from Key West. The material, furnitures and basement need to be updated.

The noise from the a/c unit in the bedroom was deafening and woke us up every night at least 3 times lasting for 20 minutes. It shook the only coat hanger in the wardrobe!! There was no space for any clothes. The outside netted area flooded every time it rained so everything had to be placed in the middle of the room.

The property and cottage are in line with the cost. Convenient location. Use the marina boat ramp nearby not the one there unless it’s kayaking. Low water depth on the way out to get offshore They need new blinds on the windows. Pool was nice after a day in the sun.

Cute, cozy and clean! This cottage is perfect for a couples getaway! Inside had everything we needed for our trip. Location is convenient to stores and restaurants and not far from Key West. Boat launch/parking and trailer parking provided so that saves money! We would definitely stay again.

Location is awesome! And it was great to have a boat ramp and trailer parking on site. The reason I can't give 4 or 5 stars is because the cottage needs to be updated. Not even expensive things for example the knobs on the oven are so worn down that they had no numbers, broken tiles, stains on the wall, TV sitting on a wire self. A little investment could go along way. Listing says there is a washer and dryer but it is in a shack by the pool that you have to pay to use. No cleaning station and I managed to get my 25ft boat down the ramp but it was NOT easy.

I wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again

The property is poorly maintained and set up for comfort or convenience. The kitchen doesn’t have what you would expect. We had to ask for it to be re-cleaned and for unbroken dishes and a non rusty dish drainer to be provided. The bedroom is so small one person has to climb on to the bed because it’s up against a wall. The TV is basically unusable because it is poorly positioned. No extras are provided, such as a spare dish towel, a box of tissues, etc. There is no toilet paper holder. You have to step up about 8 inches to get in to the very small kitchen or bathroom. I kept tripping on the high step. The laundry facility requires quarters and is in a hot little stand-alone building with a washer and a dryer. The entry is via the screened porch door that has a rip in the screen and no thingy to close it. Then you enter via a slider that is somewhat difficult to open and close. On the plus side, it has a nice location.

Great for the price!

Cottage was in above average condition with a great location. Right in between Marathon and Key West. Boat slip was available. The only negative was there is no deep water access to the ocean so you are limited to only going out between the tides. But other than that everything was great! Pools, Wi-Fi, everything.

Cottage worked well for us as we were meeting some friends in Key West and did not want to stay in the city. For those that fish and have a boat, what a great place to stay. We really just needed it for overnight lodging and it was comfortable for that.

Overpriced for condition of cottage.

Cottage needs a deep cleaning along with repairs on porch screens and blinds for privacy. Shower water temp changes to hot without warning! Beautiful property but cottage was not welcoming.

Paradise in the keys.

Perfect location for us 23 miles to key west. Restaurants near by, pool, fishing pier. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again!
