1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo in the Golf Colony neighborhood in Surfside Beach, 2nd floor. Great central location and close to all the Grand Strand has to offer: championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, entertainment, fishing, shopping, medical facilities, not too far from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Marsh-Walk and the beautiful beaches of the Grand Strand. Use this as your vacation location at Surfside Beach!

*1 king bed and pullout sofa in the living room

*Washer/dryer available in unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Sent host 12 messages in less than 24-hours about things that were broken upon arrival & things that did not work at all. Arrived tues. @ 4pm. Wednesday, The a/c stopped working. She sent someone over to repair it. We left & got back @ 6:30pm & was told by repairman that the unit was 21 yrs old, he patched a/c best he could but no air coming from the vents b/c it was all going up into the attic through 2 large holes in ceiling. I sent her a message @ 7:30pm b/c it was 80 in the unit & a/c wasn't fixed. She responded that she would send over fans. Door was opened w/o even a knock @ 11:45 p.m by maint. to bring 2 fans, 1 of which didn't work. @ 8:30am on Thursday I asked to be moved to another unit b/c of broken a/c. The entire day was wasted waiting for her to reply. About 3:30 pm she said she had another unit however, the unit I rented was located in Surfside but she moved us to a 3rd fl unit near N. Myrtle. After packing, loading up then driving all the way to new unit we get there to find out tha the elevator was broken. I had informed her on Wednesday that I was disabled. Needless to say it appears she has no clue about Americans w/ disability act or even cares. My fiance had to literally carry me up 3 stories along with all of our things only to re-pack, re-load vehicles 1st thing Saturday morning. This was by far the Worst trip ever thanks to Emily. Never renting anything she oversees again & I wouldn't recommend that you do either unless you want more stress on vaca
