Located opposite the famous North Cronulla Beach, this 5th floor, fully self contained, furnished, one bedroom, resort style apartment, overlooks the Dunningham Park with sparkling ocean views.

Apartment features include balcony, modern bathroom and kitchen with ducted air-conditioning, internal laundry facility with tumble dryer, built in robe, security video intercom and lift access.

Resort facilities include pool, sauna, spa and gym. Leave your car in the registered basement car space and walk to you favourite beaches, shops and restaurants. You can even catch the train to and from the airport or city.

Things to do while you are here: Cronulla Cinema, cafes, restaurants and shops are here for your pleasure. Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bushwalk through the nation's oldest national park - The Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkelling fans. Lean to Surf at North Cronulla Beach. All the surf beaches at Cronulla have been dedicated as Australia's 5th National Surf Reserve. The first 4 National Surf Reserves were Bells Beach, Angourie, Crescent Head and Lennox Head. Location is optimal. Close to beach, many restaurants, bars and Cronulla mall as well as train transport to the city. Walking distance to ferry to Bundeena, a charming area filled with quaint restaurants, national park and beautiful beaches. The unit itself has a handy gym and pool, sauna and whirlpool. All the comforts of home provided, kitchen amenities, washer and dryer and a television in every room. Indeed a very comfortable stay.

Winderful host & fantastic property

Peter, the site contact, was extremely responsive and the property was absolutely spectacular. It overlooks the famous Cronula Alley, with a gorgeous view of the beach and the surfers. it is near all the clubs and fantastic restaurants. A little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, but only until 11 PM.

A very enjoyable stay

Overall a lovely and we’ll equipped apartment in a well facilitated complex including excellent pool and gym, and in a great scenic and convenient position in the middle of the town. The night time noise (traffic and music) is kept out by the double glazing. Everything works as it should. The only slight downside is that the apartment needs a “refresh” in keeping with its high cost and standards otherwise. Points that definitely need addressing are renewed bed linen and towels (partly done at our request) new blankets and pillows and a very deep clean (especially carpet) as the current cleaning regime is lacking. All in all, a very enjoyable stay but the standard could have and should have been higher.
