A wraparound deck features a private hot tub, breathtaking mountain views, and an ideal spot for alfresco meals. Inside you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors in the common areas, high ceilings, high-end furnishings, and new appliances.

LIVING AREAS
Curl up on two cozy sofas next to the wood-burning stove in the sunny living room. Two modern accent chairs provide additional seating.

Downstairs, the second living room is outfitted with a large sectional sofa and a 55” TV with cable. A ping-pong table provides hours of group fun, or gather around the four-person high top table for a round of cards.

KITCHEN & DINING
Granite countertops shine in the modern chef’s kitchen, which is equipped with a full suite of brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Helpful gadgets and tools include a Chicago Cutlery knife set and a coffee grinder. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table. A breakfast bar provides additional seating for four.

BED & BATH
This home includes five bedrooms that sleep 14 total & three full bathrooms

Find peaceful tranquility in the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a king bed and a 55” TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The second bedroom offers a comfy full-size bed, while the third guest room holds a queen bed. A second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom provides sleeping space for up to eight guests with two full-over-full bunk beds. A private living space is furnished with a sofa, rocking chair, and 45” TV.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the fifth bedroom. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can also be accessed from the lower-level common area.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay in our mountain home. Please be aware that this area may require a four-wheel vehicle due to the terrain and weather conditions. The roads can be steep and challenging, particularly during the winter months when snowfall is common. Having a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle can greatly enhance your mobility and safety, making your experience more enjoyable. We recommend checking your vehicle's condition and tires before your trip

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.
