On the first floor you will find the kitchen and living space.The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is also a spacious outdoor dining area and wooden patio where friends and families can enjoy meals together. Next to the kitchen you will find a spacious and comfortable living area with a large sofa and smart TV. On the second floor you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, and TV. There is also a washer and dryer in this unit as well as an outdoor shower.

We will greet you if you want or offer self check in. You let us know your preference, and will be available to answer all your questions and help you with everything you need.

QUICK‑START INSIDE
• Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you.
• Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV).
• A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed.
• TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out.
• Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS
• Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h.
• Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics.
• Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply.
• Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars.
• Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours.
• Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat.
• Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated. Feel free to tip cleaning staff directly.

Like 1 block from beach , and centre of all restaurants , nice pool , big kitchen with all equipment needed , even a blender we were making pina coladas all week with fresh pineapples, definately recommend

The apartment is really cute and everything we needed. Great little secluded back yard with a pool. Andrea was a great host!

The location was great. 2 blocks from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars. There is no need for a car while here. There is a lovely pool onsite and a shared washer/dryer. The townhome itself was nice with a kitchen, living area and full bath downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. It was clean and well stocked. There are a few small ants around as the host warned. The host was informative and easy to contact. We would stay again.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, several grocery stores & tons of restaurants! The condo had everything we needed to make breakfasts in the morning & get ready to head out for our planned activities of the day. The back deck quickly became our favourite spot in the mornings & the evenings as we could hear the howler monkeys every sunrise & sunset. The birds were always chirping & the iguanas would wander through daily. We even got to see an opossum one evening! The pool area was beautiful & serene so we spent most afternoons relaxing there cooling off in the water & reading.

Good central location. Nice and clean. Could only get tv to work on Netflix. Stairs at the top were a little scary. If renting a golf cart it appeared that there was no way to charge it or park it. Generally quiet.

Location! Location! Location!

I couldn't say enough about how great the location was for this townhome. 4 minutes to the beach, a little grocery store down our street and amazing bakery across from thestore. And basically did not need a car, everything was walkable. When we tired of the beach we came back to a nice communal pool, which half the time we were the only ones in it. The accommodations were overall very good, it was nice to have our own washer/dryer in our townhome. The only problem we had, we could not figure out how to turn the oven on. Which ended up not being a big deal.
