The hotel itself was fine. Being charged twice was definitely not ideal! I've called the hotel - they tell me it's Expedia that needs to process the refund. I had a problem with the bathroom exhaust fan not working. Maintenance came and discovered it needed a part they had to order so I had no fan for the whole stay. The front desk staff couldn’t give a discount on my room but did give me 10,000 points towards my next visit.

Air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was not included in our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. The only issue with the room was it was very dark, not enough lighting. We were there to attend a wedding in the area. The bathroom area did not provide good space for getting ready. Would be helpful to have more mirror and counter space in the room.
