Welcome to the Valencia Estate located in Temecula Wine Country. This home is a certificated Short Term Rental with Riverside County #000320

The Valencia Estate is a 5 acre private gated property located in Temecula Wine Country that is secluded enough but still close to the city. Surrounded by lush landscaping and 400 Valencia Orange Trees the real beauty is the breath taking 360 degree view of Temecula, wine country, groves, and mountains. Enter the estate thru security gated private entrance and drive up thru the orange grove. Continue on and you drive up to the estate with ample parking for up to 6 cars. Enter into the wrought iron gate to fountain and front door.

Once you open front door you instantly feel calm and peaceful as you are drawn to walk straight back and check out the View! The home has stylish furnishings that where all purchased with intentions to make your stay the best and most comfortable. The home has distressed hardwood flooring throughout entry, formal living and dining rooms, and the expansive great room with Wet Bar. Great room has all windows on the back wall to enjoy the view. It has a large chef's kitchen with Thermodar appliances and SubZero Fridge.

All bedrooms located on the East Wing and have plush carpeting. CalKing master suite has vaulted ceilings, back wall full of windows and slider direct to back yard and a cozy twin pullout sofa chair. The master bath suite is well appointed with sit down vanity area, 2 large sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in 2 person shower! Bedroom #2 is another mini suite with CalKing bed and private bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 is another mini suite with Cal King Bed as well as a private bathroom with shower and 1 folding resort style twin bed to move where they're needed . Bedroom #4 has queen bed and is directly across from hall full bath with shower/tub.

Head back to the great room where there are two cozy couches along with 4 twin pull out sofa chairs for more sleeping. Step out of the floor to ceiling glass door to the view that you just can't stop starring at! But do stop starring so you can enjoy the large crystal blue pool & spa. The back patio has 2 covered areas one off the master suite and another on the west side that includes BBQ island. After a dip in the pool or spa enter direct into the pool bathroom complete with shower and your own personal sauna to relax even more in!! This house can sleep up to but no more than 14 Adults. The pricing quoted is at 8 adults with additional charges per night per guest starting at $20 per night.

The estate is located off Temecula's new wine country trail and close to Leonesse Cellars Winery, Cougar Winery, De Anza Del Sol, and Robert Renzoni Vineyards to name just a few.

Spectacular view and great family property

For our family with children under 15, it was a perfect choice. Massive rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub and spa were great. The views from the house and patio are magnificent. It has a well-worn feel that for us was perfect since we have children. You can really have a nice time in this house.

Great place to stay with your family!

My adult children, my one year-old grandson, my 84-year-old mother, and my amazing husband were all able to attend my beautiful goddaughter’s wedding with me in California. My goddaughter‘s wedding party was staying in Temecula so my daughter-in-law found us this house on VRBO. What a wonderful place to stay with my family. Just make sure that you are awareif you want the pool heated, there is an additional cost.

The house is in a beautiful location. Oranges made best juice. House needs updating and little TLC. Master toilet runs after flushing. And pots and pans need to be replaced as many are not usable. We did enjoy our stay, it was very peaceful.

Beautiful property!

The pictures are very accurate! Beautiful home and scenery. Yes, there are mice, but it was quite a game with our mouse patrol and setting up mousetrapsl. (Mice could be better controlled with exterminators in to close up any openings, which we did. Directions to the stovetop would be helpful as we were unfamiliar with this type of stove. Main bedroom shower handle was broken and shower had low water pressure. Sauna light is broken. We replaced the lightbulb, but it still did not work. It was frustrating that there were no dish cloths--plenty of dish towels though! There is no access to walkers through the gate from the inside and we had to climb over the gate to walk on the road.The home is beautiful, sacious, and beds very comfortable! The hosts responded quickly to our emails. We had a delightful vacation!!

Beautiful home with amazing view

Our group had a wonderful time at this rental. The house is larger than I expected with plenty of space. The backyard view is awesome, we even got to see the hot air balloons early in the morning from the yard. Everything was clean and in order. We would definitely book here again.

The house was very comfortable for a party of 7. Close to wineries, within walking distance. It was fully equipped in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub with a view of the wineries was amazing.

Fantastic Experience

Our eight girl vacation was amazing. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stock with anything we needed to eat in. The hot tub was the biggest hit. It was generally used at the start of the day and again in the evening. Our contact for the property returned messages promptly. The pictures listed were very accurate. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great experience while staying in Temecula.

Spectacular views.

The House was located close to the places we wanted to visit. You almost didn’t need to leave the house if all you want to do is relax and not drive. There is so much to do at the house, swimming, ping pong, jacuzzi, billiards, board games, etc.

Disappointed - As others say, house is dated

1. This house is advertised as having “Cable/Directv”. Not the case. When you get there, the house book says “streaming only”. Not much to watch. 2. Two of the four TV remotes were missing or not working. Property Manager said she would have fixed next day and would let us know time this would be done. Neither happened. 3. We had other issues with the home and sent an email without response for 3 days. When we contacted VRBO, the property manager responded within 2 hours that our email miraculously showed up after we contacted VRBO. She stated we should have tried her phone. Without going in to all the details about the problems we had, we will say the bones of the house are nice, the view is incredible, the landscaping is beautiful, the cleaning was great…..but this house should not be listed as “luxury” and needs some repair so the experience matches the description shown on VRBO.

Return Getaway

This was our second stay at Valencia Estates. Our family had another amazing time with my 96 year old mother who requested another vacay there. Every room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The kids had fun playing in the game room, swimming, walking, playing games and relaxing in the Great Room. Wine tasting was a great time too. The kitchen was perfect to cook all the meals for all of us and well equipped with everything we needed. We had fresh squeezed orange juice each morning from the delicious oranges in the orchards. The highlight for my mother was watching the hot air balloons early in the mornings and the picturesque sunset views we all gathered to watch each evening. We are all looking forward to next years summer stay. Stephanie was always available and so helpful to answer all my questions and concerns.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed the property. We have rented many VRBO properties so have a pretty good sense of what to expect. Our biggest shock was that we didn’t see that although they have TV’s there is no cable making them essentially useless. We couldn’t even stream our devices. The property was clean but is getting very worn. The cabinets need a face lift, but overall we had a great time

Hot air

We awoke on our final day to hot air balloons rising over the valley on a beautiful Sunday morning. Six of us enjoyed three days of golf and wine tasting, but what we enjoyed the most was the time we spent in the house. It was well appointed, with fantastic views. The house layout was terrific for the six of us sitting around the table for meals, playing board games and conversation. When outside the lounges, chairs and jacuzzi fit our groups interest perfectly. We were most pleased with the property and hope to stay there again.

Nice large home with plenty for everyone to do, ping pong, pool table and pool. Plenty of seating for everyone and was nice that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had on suite bathrooms. The house is starting to show a bit of age but it was clean and well appointed.

We have stayed at this house previously and it is a great place for a gathering. Property manager is very responsive. Plenty of room. Warning: Don't drink the water from the fridge or faucet as you will likely get sick. Bring bottled water as the filtered water faucet is not kept up. We had a lot of fun

balloon & wine fest 2023

We had 5 adults and pets with us. Plenty of space inside and outside the house. Beautiful view of the valley and balloons during the festival. Close to the festival location. Awesome orange trees providing delicious OJ every morning. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all used on our trip. Onsite book on how to use equipment was easy to read. Property manager very responsive. We'll definitely be back!
