Overall, the stay was acceptable for the price, but there are several areas where improvements are needed. We originally booked a two-queen suite, but upon arrival were assigned a one-king suite on the first floor. That room had a strong wet dog odor, the couch was heavily damaged (as if a pet had clawed it), and there was visible pet hair on the window curtains. To their credit, the staff promptly moved us to another room. The second room was the correct two-queen suite and did not have the same odor or visible pet issues. However, about half of the lights in the room were not functioning. We didn’t request a third room once we had unpacked and settled in, but it was disappointing to discover the lighting issues afterward. We also looked forward to using the hot tub in the main pool area, but the water temperature was only around 80 degrees, which is not warm enough for a comfortable hot tub experience. With better attention to cleanliness, room maintenance, and amenity upkeep, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Nice hotel on great location in Temecula. Very friendly staff. Cleanrooms with nice beds. Surprisingly free happy hour Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with delicious snacks and wine/beer/soda.

I was able to check in early since they had low occupancy during the week. Great for me as I was working. The room was super clean and updated. Loved that I had a little kitchenette and everything to cook if I wanted to. It was super quiet. The breakfast was standard and they have a 2-hour social with a couple different apps, wine and beer (all free) Mon-Weds. Overall I thought this was a great value and I was really happy with everything.
