It boasts beautiful views of the Blue Mountains and golf course, offering plenty of space for relaxation, including a private en suite dry sauna. After a day of exploring, make yourself at home in our fully stocked-kitchen and settle in with fresh sheets and new mattresses.

This 1,700+ sq ft modern townhouse is just a 2-minute walk from Blue Mountain Village. It boasts beautiful mountain and golf course views, featuring vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to stretch out after a day on the mountain. Unwind in the private en suite dry sauna and jacuzzi tub. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Enjoy a good night’s sleep on the new mattresses and comfy sheets. Mountains, beaches, and plenty of outdoor activities await visitors to this southern Canadian town on the shores of Georgian Bay. On the banks of Canada’s Georgian Bay is the town of Blue Mountains, a popular destination for lovers of outdoor pursuits and breathtaking scenery. It is where you can take part in winter sports at superb mountain resorts, relax on golden sand beaches, play watersports, and explore picturesque coastal trails. The town is comprised of several small communities surrounded by green fields and rugged mountain terrain. One of the town’s most popular destinations is the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Find ski runs suitable for all levels of skiers and go ice skating, snowshoeing, and tobogganing. In the summer months, enjoy zip-line tours, cable car rides, golfing, and mountain biking. House Rules, Rates and Policies:

Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay; 3-night minimum for holiday long weekends

Age Requirement: All guests must be over the age of 25 (excluding families)
Check-in Time 4:00 pm
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am
Please do not wear your shoes, or boots inside the townhouse.

No Smoking: No smoking inside the townhouse you and your guests may smoke on the outdoor balconies please dispose of cigarettes/cigars buts properly (do not throw them off the balcony).
Do not tamper with, remove, or disconnect any of the smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, exit signs, or emergency lights. They are installed for your safety, tampering with any of the fire safety equipment will result in a charge of $500.00 against your security deposit, and it is illegal.
Ensure the townhouse is locked whenever you and your guest leave throughout your stay. We will not be liable for any guests lost or stolen items, you will be responsible for any damage/theft in the townhouse.
Do not pour water on the rocks of the dry Sauna, This is a Dry sauna and water may cause damage, or shock injury to you.


Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Therefore, you will be asked to complete our independent verification process. Before booking begins, you must verify your details with us via email and/or text. You will also have the option to pay a refundable deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend the damage waiver as it protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay.

We stayed at the Wintergreen Condos in The Blue Mountains as a family of five along with my father-in-law, and it was perfect for our group. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the open layout, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax after a day out. Being walking distance to the village was a huge plus easy access to shops, dining, and activities without needing the car. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
