Exelent hotel and staff,i have stayed here 5 times and will allways stay here when im in tokyo.the kurumae station,is directly opposite the hotel,and the station is on the direct line from haneda airport,so no transfers.allso asakusa is 15 mins walk,or 1 stop.allways clean,and the aircon is the best

Very clean and accessible

Indeed a very clean place to stay. You can opt to change towels every day. The location are 15-20 mins away from the Senso-ji temple and shopping street!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, its small but that doesn't bother me as luggage can be kept under the bed. Daily amenities & clean towels provided. Good location for metro station nearby making it easy to transfer from the airport and other locations in Japan. Nearby convience stores, as well as the mini convience store in the hotel which also has a microwave and ice machine.

Very clean, very compact, everything I needed, only when I arrived early, left my bags to go sightseeing, wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom or charge my phone, I was coming back in 2 hours as a paying guess… very strange !!!!

Good location of hotel, nearby subway station. Staff is very friendly. However, breakfast menu needs to be improved! There is only a set menu which is not much to choose from.

My husband and I loved staying at APA. We knew the room would be small but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. We spent most of our day out anyway and we already had past experience with Japanese rooms. Overall we didn’t feel too crowded . We used their laundry service and it was inexpensive and fast. There were several entrances to the train lines . We also were able to walk to several restaurants , coffee shops and 711/family mart. We loved it!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. If you arrive before your check in time, they’ll hold it for you until you pick it up. The rooms are small but quite cozy.
